Bosna Clean

The deep cleaning started well with three people arriving. They all worked on the same room at the same time, which I found to be unusual. However they had to leave before some things were finished due to one of the cleaners needing to pick up her child. The following visits were by Baisa and her nephew. He was meticulous but I was less impressed with her cleaning which seemed careless. Also several things were broken or left undone, and on two occasions they once again had to leave early. I will not use them again and have found a new housekeeper that works well.

Baisa and her team did a fantastic job. She cleaned her heart out. My very dirty new house was spotless when she left she was more than fair on the price, and she is super friendly as well. I will hire her to do my regular cleaning as soon as I can. You will not be disappointed.

I highly recommend Bosna clean! They are very kind people and work very hard to make everything in your home look fantastic! I felt completely comfortable with them right away and enjoyed having them come into my home and help out by cleaning. They clean thoroughly and don’t cut corners. They made my house perfect and eased the burden of me cleaning before my son arrived home after a lengthy hospitalization. I contacted them and they responded very quickly! I cannot speak highly enough about them and look forward to having them come back again!

We were looking for a professional service to clean our Airbnb in Ft. Worth. I interviewed multiple cleaning services. The quote I received from Bosna Clean was not the lowest that I received. However, I could immediately tell they knew what they were doing and felt comfortable and confident that they would provide the level of cleanliness and attention to detail that we were seeking (for us and our guests). Sometimes you get what you pay for, when the service and experience are great, it's worth it! My experience with Baisa has been top notch. I appreciate that Baisa is great at communication; she's responsive, direct, personable, and professional. I feel great knowing that we and our guests have a clean and well maintained home to visit in Ft. Worth. Baisa and her crew are just wonderful! I have hired others in the past, but Baisa and her crew are the best. They completed the entire home within a few hours. After they left, EVERYTHING was sparkling clean! And the house smelled great. We adopted three dogs last year and our carpet was really dirty. Baisa and her crew took the time to make sure every stain came out. I will definitely use them again!

I found Bosna Clean through Angie's list and reached out to them because of their great reviews. I am beyond pleased with their service! They have been amazing. Dzenana got back with me right away. She met with me and went over everything that they would do and answered all of my questions. She even found a way to schedule a clean for us on VERY short notice because I was hosting a party at my home. The team did a beautiful job and they were sure to check back with me to make sure I was satisfied with all of the work performed. We are so happy with their service that we are having them back to do a deep clean this week. I am so thankful that we called them and look forward to using their services again.

Baisa was quick to respond to my inquiry, met me to give me the estimate and to explain what would be done. We scheduled a day and the work was completed that day, on time and I got a follow up message to ask about satisfaction as I had been at work while the cleaning was done. I was very pleased with the service- the house has never been this clean and my realtor was very impressed with the results. Baisa and her team certainly know how to make a house sparkle and shine !

Vacumed, cleaned tile floors, dusted all shelves, ( removed items on shelves, dusted, replaced items - nothing ever broken), cleaned glass shelves, cleaned mirrors, cleaned furniture tops, swept exterior entryway, cleaned everything in all bathrooms including glass shower enclosures inside and out, cleaned dirty dishes in sink, cleaned all kitchen surfaces and ovens inside, clean exterior of cabinets, organized clutter, changed sheets on all beds and washed dirty sheets. Empty trash and take out recycling. Always a pleasant attitude, always calls before to confirm, always ask 'Is there anything else we can do?' before they leave. I leave jewelry, watches, money on my dresser and its always there when I return. (Often I am away when they clean.) I've had other people clean my house, and found things missing or broken afterwards, but Bosna Clean has proven trustworthy for more than two years. A family business. You can find people who will clean your house for less, but you cant find someone who will do a better job. <br />

They arrived promptly at the time we agreed and they tackled a major cleaning challenge with good humor  and were very goal oriented. I look forward to seeing them again.

It was excellent. They do everything from the ceiling fan, to the floor, to the base boards, they move stuff out, clean behind it and do the blinds. They are very good all the way around and very thorough cleaners.

They sent 3 people to clean our home and we requested a thorough cleaning of the pantry shelves and the shelves in the master closet.  The crew went above and beyond what we had expected and cleaned our bathrooms (including taking out the trash) in addition to cleaning the shelves and vacuuming the floors.  My husband commented on how spotless the pantry was when he came home from work.  They did a fantastic job and the price was very reasonable.  We would definitely hire them again! <br />

<p>These ladies and gentlemen and truly professional.  They ALWAYS ask if there is anything special that needs to be done.  Everything (cleaning, dusting, baseboards, blinds, tile floors, carpet floors, wood floors, bathrooms etc are done weekly).  They are extremely aware of my possessions.  They are careful and thoughtful.  They are the most wonderful people I have ever used.  They are even tolerate of my dog. </p> <p>I mean these wonderful people do it all.  Many times Biasa  (the owner) accompanies them.  But I absolutely see no difference when she is there and when she is not.  The quality of work is the same.  </p> <p>Biasa has a "secret Bosnia formula" that does wood work (like all the cabinets in my kitchen, utility, bathrooms) that make the 33 year old cabinets look brand new!  I love the fact that she does this.  My dog even got hold of a gel pen......left a black spot on my cream carpet.  Biasa was able to remove this "another Bosnia formula."  These are the things that are important........they just do a FABULOUS JOB!!!!!!!!!!  I would recommend to everybody!</p> <br />

They have been coming since January, every other week now and have done a great job. They always ask if there is anything special I want done. They do it quickly, but with respect for my possessions and they are punctual. What more can you ask? <br />

Bosna has been out to my house two weeks now and I'm very pleased. They have arrived a few minutes early each visit , and have an excellent team of cleaners. Owners come with and supervise work and completion. <br />

I contacted Bosna Clean through Angies List and got a return message within hours.  They came to do the assessment the same day. Fortunately for me, they had a cancellation and could do the cleaning the next day.  They showed up just before the appointed hour, and were underway immediately.  They cleaned all the interior windows, the door jambs, the doors and door handles, baseboards, switch plates.  They cleaned interior shutters, slat by slat (not just wiping over the surface with the slats up and down, but each individual slat). They thoroughly wiped down all the furniture - every little corner and crevice, and then went over the entire piece again.  They cleaned the insides of light fixtures, wiped all lamps up inside the shades. They vacuumed, making certain to go over everything horizontally and vertically.  <br /> They cleaned and disinfected all bathroom toilets, sinks, tubs, showers and counters, thoroughly cleaned the tile, cleaned in and around faucets and knobs, wiped down all the cabinets and cleaned the toe kick plate, top and side, under the cabinets thoroughly.  In the kitchen they cleaned all the cabinets, knobs, drawers, and handles.  They cleaned the oven, cleaned the microwave, refrigerator outside, dishwasher front and interior, and washed the trashcan.  They swept, wiped and polished the wood floors (making them look better than the day they were installed!) <br /> They kept a fast pace through the whole cleaning. They were pleasant, kind and courteous, and nice to my dog.  My house is clean.  Better yet, they are coming back in two weeks to do a regular cleaning.  I am one very happy customer. Their work is excellent. <br />
