Bo was the quickest of ALL my potential roofers. He was polite and professional. He scheduled me within 3days AND Since we had a tropical storm on the way that FOLLOWING day, he did a quick repair INSTANTLY (no money exchange) on just my WORD of hiring him in 3 days! I am extremely happy and not 1 leak since his repair!

Josh and another worker came out and inspected the vent on the roof and then went into the attic to see how things looked from the underside of the roof decking. They resealed the vent on the spot (for an OK price) and things are good.

I am so happy that I found a roofer that is pleasant, professional, and does what he says he is going to do. I needed some roof tiles repaired. I called a lot of roofers but they did not respond. Bo answered his phone every time I called or returned my call almost immediately. His men were punctual, courteous, and worked **** ** my roof without stopping or taking breaks. I felt the price was very fair. I would definitely recommend Bo in the future and will recommend him to my friends. He is a very nice person.

After calling a dozen or so roofers, James "Bo" answered on his cell and came out right away. In less than 30 minutes, he patched a small hole in our flat roof and quoted us for a new flat roof. Then, did not charge a penny for the call. He could have easily taken advantage and charged a couple hundred considering how much damage this tiny hole made. Great guy, very professional and reasonably priced on the new roof estimate. <br />

The man who came out was very nice and he's been in business for a long time. I talked to him for quite a while. His crew came out here and did the roof just for my garage first because it needed it bad. They did a great job and I have nothing to complain about it at all. They did everything they needed to do and did it for a good price. I had no problems at all with them. He was a really nice guy, he came over, sat down and I talked to him for a while. I felt like I knew him forever.

It went excellent! They are a family-owned business and they did a great job. They were honest and up-front in making their assessment and there no additional expenses.

7/21/12 - Not returning my calls.

Excellent! The workers who stripped the roof and did the underlayments were very polite and professional. They were very patient in answering my questions as the job proceeded. The yard was left cleaner at the end of every day than it was before they started. I never found a nail in the yard. There was a language barrier with the tile guys, but they were also very professional and worked very hard. Bo was great about keeping me informed of how the job was going. There were delays in getting the tile part of the roof finished, which had to do with a delay in getting material rather than Bo's fault. However, they never left the roof unprotected from rain and the delays were reasonable. I went with this company because I had them replace a lot of my tiles on my old roof 18 months ago, and I was very pleased with their work. At that time, there was one tile they replaced that was not sitting correctly. They had been paid in full and I was very pleased when I called about the tile and they fixed the tile the very next day. There are no hassles with this company, they do high quality work, and they keep you informed of what is going on with the project. You can't ask for anything more. They weren't the lowest bid, but well worth a few dollars more, and it was only a few dollars more, for the quality and professionalism.

When they claimed the work was done, it was extremely obvious work was not done properly. My roof is white tile and the area over which they repaired was a mess of globs of cement/sealant. We called to complain and got told there was no reason to complain. They came out some days later and finished the job. The person that originally came to give the estimate came back after the work was done, and basically threatened us saying the owner sends him out to see the customer as he is 6'2" and 330 lbs. We found them on Service Magic, and obviously due to the bad experience, gave them a bad review. We were repeatedly threatened over the phone to change our review. And today with all the rain, the same spot is leaking again; terrible terrible work and experience.

Main considerations: Trust that they could do the job technically and with high quality, the people doing the work were experienced and not just a "pick-up" crew. Workers were fairly compensated and Workman's Compensation was being paid (or else the homeowner is potentially liable), use of best quality materials and processes to ensure long roof life, price. Bo's met the above, but was actually higher than some. Another plus, Bo always nails down roofing plywood to met new hurricane reqm'ts. Others offered 1 or 2 day jobs, which really seems a negative, people get in each other's way and may make mistakes. Bo has a smaller crew, but they all have been with him for quite some time. The crew had a pride in workmanship that showed in the finished roof. They also did some "smart" things to help prevent leaks. I looked at Angie's list, Better Bus., and Consumers Rpt. (to pick shingles). Got to know Bo a little and think he is a very honest, knowledgeable, hardworking, and capable business.

Rocky commented on the roof being in better shape than he expected. He raked oak debris off the flat roof to get a good look at it. He eventually advised to get someone out to clean off the roof, after which I could watch for repeat problems. He ''rogue'' stain in the unrelated area appeared to be from a nail, that had come dislodged, and could be fixed very simply. Rocky was there on time, did a thorough inspection and did not use any scare tactics. I found him to be quite no-nonsense, with the kind of straightforward approach that I prefer, although I would guess some people would consider it abrupt. He took the time to answer my questions and did not act insulted, when I advised that I would be consulting with at least two other companies before making a decision. When I called him back several days later, he immediately scheduled the work, and had it done earlier than I expected. If later on I do need roof repairs, Bo's will be at the top of my list for an estimate.

PROMPTNESS, GREAT COMMUNICATION, EFFICIENT

FAST UNDER DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES, HURRICANE CHARLEY HAD JUST GONE THRU. COMMUNICATION WITH OFFICE and ESTIMATOR, ROCKY, EXCELLENT. WORKING CREW DID NOT COMMUNICATE.

Although he did a great job on one of our homes, we had to call him an additional five times for an estimate on our two other properties.
