Bosque Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

Angi should have a "zero star" rating option because one star is too generous of a rating for Bosque Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. I hired Bosque in January 2022 to replumb my home. Two-and-one-half months later, my new plumbing still does not work, and Bosque seems to have no intention to honor the contract that I signed with them. Their work was sloppy, and they conveniently "forgot" to schedule an inspection post-job. I have been told for two months that my job will finished, and that somebody will call me back, and nobody does. So, the walls in my home remain ripped out with everything exposed, and Bosque could not care less. Bosque may be good for smaller jobs, but leave the big expensive jobs to TLC and B. Carlson, both of whom may be slightly more expensive but excel when it comes to quality, responsiveness, and customer services. Bosque fails mightily in all of these areas.

Would never use this company again for roofing needs. Carlos has not been good to deal with! His employees are clearly his best asset! Eric & Erin! He had an employee named Erin & she was very responsive to our roofing situation & was trying so hard to get our roofing issue taken care of until she left the company. Now Carlos once again is doing nothing for us. The original roofing work was completed 10/2019. Still dealing with it. I called Erin’s phone to speak with her over a month ago & Carlos answered her phone and told me Erin no longer works there & to text him my address. That was the last time I had any response.

I asked a lot of questions and I like that they did not pressure to buy there product. Jeremy was patient and answered all of my questions. They wore there masks and cleaned up the mess. I would recommend Bosque to anyone

When all the other places called were going to take all day to get over, Bosque called an had a technician over within a half hour. They replaced a little rubber part that had fallen out of the starter within a few minutes of looking at it, and charged less than the hourly fee quoted over the phone. Excellent service.

They complete the work in the cleanest possible way. They have been very honest and I have had no additional problem with everything they have repaired from my sprinklers, to installing a brand new sink, or replacing the hot water heater.

The young men who did all of these jobs are very knowledgeable respectful are on time etc. I couldn't ask for a better group of people. This includes the staff in the office area also. They check on you during the project and after the project. They are at 10 plus company.

I have had great experiences with Bosque. They are professionals who show up on time, priced well and work is good.

It was done very quickly and I was so happy with the work done. He installed a thermostat and Master cool. The resulting difference in the temperature throughout my home was remarkable.
