Boss baby movers

Quoted 3 hours for $460 but was late, came with a smaller truck, and with only 2-man crew. I told him the size of the house and amount of furniture, still came with smaller truck and only 1 guy. He looked at our things, said he did need a bigger truck so left to rent a bigger truck. An hour later he called to say he couldn't find one and asked to take 2 trips for a flat rate at no extra charge. Four of us heard me ask again that we wouldn't be charged extra even if it took 1 or 2 extra hours, he said no. I agreed. He came back, 7 hours later and many many damages to my wall, floor and dryer, they finished. He said he'd just charge for 4 hours but could charge for 7. At this point, we were so mad and tired, we said we'd pay an extra $90 and gave them a tip. The total paid was $610, but the damages are worth much more. When showed the damage, he said, "If that is the only thing we damaged, we did good." Yes, they worked hard, but didn't bring the right truck or amount of personnel.

They arrived on time and did an a good job getting things loaded. A larger truck would have been better because there were few smaller items that didn't have room for. I have discovered a few scratches on furniture.

It was great! Travis and Mike did a fantastic job! As soon as they arrived they got to work. They didn’t take their time and really hustled. I was very impressed with their work and care. Moving with a flight of stairs can be very tiresome. I will always recommend them to anybody in the future!

Everything went better than expected. The owner was extremely helpful, we asked them to help within a day of needing their services, and they exceeded our expectations with not only their professionalism, but also their willingness to help. They gave us a time they could arrive at our residence due to prior commitments, and they were able to show up hours earlier and get everything moved in less time than we were expecting with nothing broken or problems of any kind. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone, will definitely hire again. These guys were great.

The movers were organized, thoughtful, and completed the work quickly. They checked in frequently about large items and took special care with boxes that were damaged in transit (damage was NOT due to the movers). They made a stressful process go smoothly!
