Disaster. Forty-five days after Pella removed our windows, with 3 separate attempts (after 1 day of no-show), the job is incomplete, windows do not match, one window is defective. We cannot get a response from the installer, so we have no idea when the problems will be resolved. By contrast, we replaced 4 windows with Marvin: the job was started and completed on the same day as scheduled.
