John Stampf is Phenomenal and fantastic arquitect he has his own Construction Company and he has a Crew that creates the most Unbelievable work on your house he is professional and on time he knows Absolutely every single codes and what kind of permit you need I am happy to tell everyone that John Stampf builded my old house in 5 brand new house I have today the most beautiful and STUNNING home if you need to do something in your House call John stampf he will do and give you Perfect house ..

John is very experienced and responsive. Across the board his team is capable in most aspects required for a quality construction job.

Boulevard Planning did a total remodel of our home. We had a cape and removed the entire second floor and built an full third floor attic. Thanks to John, we some how were even able to live in the house (not ideal) through the entire construction. Could not have asked things to go as smoothly as they did. John is a stand up guy and really went above and beyond. To be expected a few bumps along the way that were immediately taken care of. Cannot tell you the number of complements we get, more importantly it is awesome to be living in the new house. Unbelievably, John stuck 100% to the original budget. We did exceed budget with extras, mostly on the first floor. All of the extras were our own doing. With any contractor, stay on top of the work they are doing in order to be sure it is up to your liking. I would hire Boulevard Planning to do it all over again.

It was great and we love them. They were respectful and they did a beautiful work. I was very happy with them John and his crew were great, we trust them, the price he did not over budget even though we are picking expensive items but the quote that he gave us stayed on the budget.

They were great, immaculate, very professional, and always cleaned up after themselves. I love his workers they were fabulous and will use them for at least 3 projects for my children and ours.

They were excellent and great that's why I kept using them to renovate or do the work. They were on time, very clean, and if you have any questions or want to changed something they were very open and took care of their customers.

It was really great and I'm very happy with it. The workers were very good, reliable, polite, clean, and did an excellent craftsmanship.
