Contractor was supposed to match new doors to color of house. He missed and doors are darker brown than house. After numerous missed appts. to come out and adjust door seals, I have given up on contractor. Have a painter lined up this fall to paint house who will match color and adjust door seals.

Once again, great service by Bousman Garage Doors! Called and scheduled service the next day. Tech arrived early, replace the seal in record time and did great work! They did such great work last year, I called them again this year for a different issue. Highly recommend them and will use them again.

I purchased the deal to tune the garage opener. It wasn't working and I thought a tuneup might be all it needed. He came out and said it needed to be replaced. He refunded my cost. I would try them again when I'm ready to replace the opener.

These guys are the best around -- PERIOD. It really stinks that Angies List has put them on the "does not meet Angie's List standards", which I found out means "DOES NOT PAY ANGIES LIST ENOUGH MONEY!" What a crock! Not fair to defame a provider only because they do not pay to be given any respect!!

We had Bousman install two new garage door openers for us. The work they did was good and seems to be functioning well. However, trying to reach them and schedule the work was very difficult, including a no-show for an appointment I stayed home from work for. It seems like their regular office staff was not available for a period of time which led to these problems, however, as a customer it was still frustrating. I would probably hire again if the communication goes smoothly from the start.

It went great! I called on a Monday around noon, and Paul came out that evening to give me a quote on 2 replacement garage doors and 2 new, quieter openers. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me, while still making me aware of the best options available. The price he quoted was by far the most reasonable estimate I received. We scheduled an appointment for Friday morning, and Joe showed up on time this morning and finished the job within 4 hours. He had everything set up for us and showed us how to program the openers, and even helped me reset the opener in my car. Highly recommend this company!

I prepaid for the deal on Angie's list and called Bousman multiple times to schedule an appt. They wouldn't answer the phone or return my calls. I even sent them a message on their FB page that also went unanswered. I am out the $79 I paid, for service I never received. Angie's List even tried to contact them, and couldn't get anyone on the phone either. Angie's List won't refund my money because I didn't ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase. I have reported this to the MO Attorney General.
