Technician arrived a head of schedule, diagnosed and corrected the problem promptly. Bowen Cooling has always been on time and professional any time that we have called.I would not hesitate to recommend this company. The entire company exhibits a genuine caring attitude .

I've gone with other companies and just got sold things I didn't need and got service I wouldn't wish on anyone. Everyone at Bowen from the owner Ken Sr., to his son Kenny Jr, and Derrick, and Jose, and Holly, and the rest of the team, will make you feel like one of the family. They will give you honest and smart advice about how to handle all of your AC needs. And during the service calls, you don't have to worry about them exaggerating your issues and recommending repairs that aren't needed. I won't make the mistake of calling any other company again.

Bowen did a super job replacing our system they were timely and neat and did a great job I wanted a certain type thermostat so they came back and did a great job getting that done as well . Ken and his staff are very professional and I would highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Our install was difficult, but went very well. I had hired Bowen to service our existing 15 -20 year old unit, and they helped us keep it running for 3 years until we eventually had to bite the bullet. They replaced the unit with a much more efficient York unit with a 10 year parts and labor warranty for a very fair price. They had to manage through a narrow attic access, but got the job done and we could not be happier. The owners and technicians consistently provided honest answers and met their commitments (time and price), and we would highly recommend them. Finding a small business owner that really understands customer service can be a challenge at times, but we got lucky 3 years ago, and i am glad we started this relationship.

<p>The technician was punctual.  They showed up on time and worked quickly to first remove the old unit (no easy job).  Then, they installed a new unit all at one time.  Any additional parts needed were on the technician's truck.  They tested the unit, certifying that it was running properly.  After completing these functions, they cleaned up and put back together the door to the attic that had to initially be removed in order to get the machine up there.  It was all completed in one day and it has worked great ever since.</p> <p>We liked the service so much that we initially signed up for the service contract offered by the technician and plan to continue with this in the future.</p> <br />

Bowen Cooling did a great job with the entire job.  They were punctual, completed the job in the expected time frame, and their technicians were polite and cleaned up after themselves.  We are thoroughly happy with the quality of their work and will use them again for our future cooling & heating needs. <br />
