Had a running toilet emergency. I am disabled enough that I couldn't enough turn off the water. They came within 2 hours, gave me an estimate and then did the job quickly and professionally. Andrew D. Was my technician and he was better than good. Appreciated everything he did. I would recommend them for any Plumbing needs.

I was very pleased and thankful for Bowers coming so quickly to get our family taken care of. We ate lunch and ended up taking cold showers, gave them a call, and they were there within an hour and had us all fixed up well before dinner. Josh and Nathan were super flexible and they explained things so I could easily understand what the issues were and what option I had to get those issues fixed. They included a ten point plumbing inspection for free and shared their finding in detail. They were both very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks again guys!!!

Liquid Plummer, hours of plunging.. not hours but felt like it- nothing was moving. I called Bowers, they were there in a couple hours and it was crazy the clog would not move. Ebuka wouldn't give up and then eureka! Not sure why it was so stubborn, but he got it. (The picture is the second set of clog) 5 stars dude. Sister in law is ecstatic to take a shower again.

The job went perfect. They showed up to replace the garbage disposal, and I Ebuka mentioned the pipes under the sink might need attention one of these days. I added on the request for a faucet replacement, and Ebuka said he could install a faucet as well. They handled the job quickly and

I recently had granite countertops installed in my home. Afterward, I hired a local handyman that identified himself as a plumber to install strainers and reconnect the drain pipes. After having him back a second time for massive leaks, he still failed to properly install the drain pipes without leaks. I called Bowers Plumbing Company to fix his mess. They were prompt to respond and Matthew was very professional and did a great job. The cost was also extremely reasonable as well. The old saying holds true... buy cheap, buy twice. I highly recommend Bowers Plumbing Company for all your plumbing needs.

My upstairs toilet was leaking onto my living room ceiling. The first Bowers Plumbing technician cut a hole in the ceiling and then told me he wouldn't have the parts for my old toilet so I needed to just wait and see if it leaked again. It did. The 2nd technician "fixed" the toilet but when he was leaving, it leaked right in between us as we were standing under the hole in the ceiling. He told me to shut off the toilet for a couple of days and then try it. I did and it leaked just as badly as it did before he came out. So I called them back and they refused to come out and fix the leak. They DO NOT stand behind their work!

"This customer contacted us through her home warranty company to service a leak on her toilet. The first time we came out was August 3rd. At that time we could not reproduce the leak but could see evidence of the toilet leaking. Her home warranty does not cover any fixtures (i.[Member Information Removed]. her toilet) and we told her she would need to look at having the toilet replaced due to the porcelain being cracked and the age of the stool. The toilet is most likely over 75 years old. She did not want to install a new toilet. The second time we came out we found the toilet leaking and had her sign a waiver before the start of the job waiving any liability. We informed her of the leak and she did not want to pay to have it fixed. Bowers believes that we have gone above and beyond to try and help the customer out. We could have refused service but instead gave the repair a shot trying to help her out and not pay for a new toilet. We explained clearly the risks and got her signature waiving liability before starting the project. We have since spent a lot of time on the phone dealing with the customer complaining about us not warrantying a service which she agreed up front would have no warranty. We also were working for a home warranty company and all current billing was paid by her home warranty. The customer has paid zero dollars out of pocket so far. Her warranty company did not have to pay to attempt the fix due to it not being covered and they decided to try and help her out as well. We are very sorry the repair did not work but also know that we clearly communicated up front that the repair may not work and the additional parts and labor needed to repair the toilet would then not be covered. We have offered to repair the stool and the customer refused not wanting to pay for the repair."

I was really upset as I tried to install the water supply valve on my toilet and afterwards it was leaking AWFUL in my basement. I called Bowers plumbing, they sent someone out immediately and quickly fixed the problem. I couldn't be more impressed with their service! Thank you Bowers plumbing u saved the day!
