"Thank you for being a client since 2018. There was some confusion about your cancellation request because we received several emails indicating, cancel, do not cancel, cancel, do not cancel. We did service your property one time, which you were not charged for, and then you did finally confirm that Yes, you did want to cancel. We were happy to provide service with always meeting your expectations during your time with Bozacki, LLC, We appreciated your business!"
"Hello, we appreciate the feedback. We feel we provided immediate responses to your concerns, emails were addressed same day, and we did address the cutting of the backyard. Our contracts are weekly summer months and bi-weekly in winter months. I can assure you with over 200 clients and 15+ years in the business we are not a SCAM company or that our very qualified crew would not intentionally spread weed seeds (??), the owner was with the crew that day for quality assurance reasons. We tried to work with you several times and the complaints continued so we advised that it doesn't seem like we were going to meet your expectations, there were no complaints in the past 8 months so not sure what went wrong since our services or crew did not change. We indicated that we would terminate your contract without an early termination fee if you were not happy. You indicated you did not want to terminate and we agreed to service and try to meet your expectations. We advised we needed to receive your late payment to provide the service for the next month. "Hello, the crews have always mowed your lawn on the highest setting. We responded promptly when you brought it to your attention (this was first time) and you have been a happy customer the past 1+ years. We did advise we should not mow that area until we got some rain since we've been in a drought (which other customers have issues too right now) or you have a lawn treatment company look at that area to check if it's a disease or bugs since it seems isolated. We did not receive a response back but will not charge you the late fee for early termination of your contract and will waive the last months fee. We are sorry you did not give us a chance to rectify the situation. Bozacki LLC"

"Hello, we have only serviced this property one time and did receive two pictures with no explanation. We wanted to make sure we spoke to you before our next service to make sure we are meeting your expectations. The 2 weeds that were in the picture were not "pulled" which is not in your basic service contract but they were sprayed, you will need to wait a few days before it takes effect. Our office will be contacting you to discuss further, being new to servicing your property it does take a few services to sometimes clean up the property. We are confident we will be able to meet your expectations going forward but will let you out of your contract and provide a refund if you prefer. Lori, VP Operations. UPDATE: We went back to the property again this week and also spoke to the client that was at home and got approval before leaving, at this time it has been resolved and the client is happy."

"It was for basic service which was just mowing. It did need additional attention but you wanted basic, there are other options and you did not reach out to us as to why you did not continue services. This could have been resolved very quickly if we had known."
