Even though i have send an email for cancellation of the service, they still come to do the service, and the last time they came was last Friday 10/09/2020. We can't definitely have 2 lawn service providers and I don't know how to stop coming. The reason why i have to let go of them was they forgot to do the backyard sometime in August. I tried to call their attention and managed to get them, We didn't got eye to eye on things, that the the time I decided to let go of them. They have acknowledged the cancellation via email, told me that our account has been cancelled. But they are still coming to do the service. they actually came 3 times already.

They do a fantastic job. In the Winter they come every other week and provide the same great job. They also trimmed our hedges when they saw they needed to be trimmed. They're very dependable and reliable. I'm very happy with them. I've had them for almost 2 years.

Bozacki charged me 80/month for my small lawn. This included 1 cut a month during winter, 2 cuts a month during spring/fall and 4 cuts per week for summer. The 1 and 2 cut periods went fine. During the 4 cut period the workers were skipping the cut on the back yard and would mow the front yard with a mower but did not overlap. This left patches of high grass in the front yard. I called Ronald Bozacki in after this issue continued. He concurred that the lawn was not cut properly and did a recut. I was home for the next cut and the crew again left patches of high grass. I made them leave me a level cut yard. The next week the crew again left patches of high grass and did not cut the back yard. I reported this and instead of even coming out to look Bozackis response was maybe we arent the right lawn service for you. Very suspicious time for him to offer to end our agreement since this is the period when he is required to do 4 cuts a month after I already paid him 80/month during the 1 cut and 2 cut per month periods that earned me the 4 cut a month period. Also looks like intentionally or non-intentionally weed seeds were spread by their crew after I complained. Looks like a scam to me.

"Hello, we appreciate the feedback. We feel we provided immediate responses to your concerns, emails were addressed same day, and we did address the cutting of the backyard. Our contracts are weekly summer months and bi-weekly in winter months. I can assure you with over 200 clients and 15+ years in the business we are not a SCAM company or that our very qualified crew would not intentionally spread weed seeds (??), the owner was with the crew that day for quality assurance reasons. We tried to work with you several times and the complaints continued so we advised that it doesn't seem like we were going to meet your expectations, there were no complaints in the past 8 months so not sure what went wrong since our services or crew did not change. We indicated that we would terminate your contract without an early termination fee if you were not happy. You indicated you did not want to terminate and we agreed to service and try to meet your expectations. We advised we needed to receive your late payment to provide the service for the next month. "Hello, the crews have always mowed your lawn on the highest setting. We responded promptly when you brought it to your attention (this was first time) and you have been a happy customer the past 1+ years. We did advise we should not mow that area until we got some rain since we've been in a drought (which other customers have issues too right now) or you have a lawn treatment company look at that area to check if it's a disease or bugs since it seems isolated. We did not receive a response back but will not charge you the late fee for early termination of your contract and will waive the last months fee. We are sorry you did not give us a chance to rectify the situation. Bozacki LLC"

Excellent - in winter they come every other week & in summer weekly. They do our regular lawn maintenance. They also trim our hedges as needed & removed a pretty big branch from our backyard after it fell after a storm came through!!!

Our yard was a little neglected and in 2 hours they got it looking great. They knocked off a sprinkler head but the owner came out immediately and fixed it.

the crew that came out did a half *** job and when I have made several attempts to contact Mr bozacki and i have gotten no response . money was paid upfront for the rest of March and all of April.

"Hello, we have only serviced this property one time and did receive two pictures with no explanation. We wanted to make sure we spoke to you before our next service to make sure we are meeting your expectations. The 2 weeds that were in the picture were not "pulled" which is not in your basic service contract but they were sprayed, you will need to wait a few days before it takes effect. Our office will be contacting you to discuss further, being new to servicing your property it does take a few services to sometimes clean up the property. We are confident we will be able to meet your expectations going forward but will let you out of your contract and provide a refund if you prefer. Lori, VP Operations. UPDATE: We went back to the property again this week and also spoke to the client that was at home and got approval before leaving, at this time it has been resolved and the client is happy."

We are happy about the work that is done. The lawn looks nice when they are done. They have a full team of workers, and they finish the job quickly. There was a small glitch in the schedule but it has been resolved so far. They bill by email at the end of the month, but I haven't gotten a bill yet, so I hope that will also be resolved. It is a bi-monthly service with a year contract.

I called Ron a few weeks ago and he was very responsive (unlike some other contractors that I recently tried to contact) with an appointment & bid for weekly lawn & shrub care. We met and walked around my property. I explained what I would like done and he took notes and confirmed what he can and cannot do. His team started the following week and they did a great job. I hope this professionalism and work quality continues throughout the year. At this point, I highly recommend Ron's services.

They came on time and started work right away. Several workers and all the equipment they needed. They finished in about 20 minutes; our yard is not very big. We contracted for every 2 weeks, and billed online at the end of the month. After the first service, they came again the next week by mistake. They said we got an extra service for free (Every 2 weeks) So all is good so far, we hope we will continue to pleased with their service.

It;s going pretty well. There was a small hiccup when they changed the day of my mowing but didn't let me know. It wouldn't have been a problem but I have dogs that would have been in the yard. Otherwise I've been using their services for a year and we're pleased.
