Contractor was always late and the workmanship was sub par. Nails protruded through the top of the floor and contractor did not return last phone call to return to correct work done. Contractor indicated the job would take about three days but it took weeks due to late arrivals at home to complete the work. Responsiveness to follow up calls was poor.

The project went great. Alex gave us 3 options to choose from, helped us with colors, types of tiles, etc, was a great communicator, The job was done very efficiently and fast. The final product looked great and so was the clean up.

Alex did a good job and was conscientious about doing the job correctly. Because of issues behind walls that he couldn’t see at the time of the estimate, it took a little longer, but he kept to the original price anyway. I’ve already discussed with him other projects I want to have him do, so I do recommend him.
