I cannot recommend BP Screens enough. We extended the roof of our lanai and had a screen enclosure built around our pool. From beginning to end Bill made the entire process as painless as can be even as difficult as it was in this current environment. He was upfront about costs and timelines and even predicted some possible delays that might occur. As we were building our pool, it seemed like building our roof extension and screen enclosure would be the delay in our project, but on the contrary, he was ready to go before we were. Throughout the whole process Bill was responsive and honest about cost and timeline and was onsite often. Never once did we doubt the quality and craftsmanship of our finished product and he did not disappoint. We would not hesitate to recommend Bill and his team to anyone and would certainly use them again if needed.

Bill and his team were great to work with. He was part of the process the entire way, and although scheduling and attaining materials is tough in this post-COVID landscape for business, he was able to get us worked in with a few weeks and his team was willing to work on Saturday to finish our job quickly. The quality is better than we expected, and we are extremely happy with the final product.

Bill at BP Screens is great! We needed our screens replaced, but also had a complicated issue where the trim had rotted where our cage was attached. Bill's crew moved the cage away from the house and replaced (and painted) the trim for us with rot-proof trim. Communication was great, the work was quick, and cleanup was perfect.

Bill (the owner of BP Screens) installed my screen enclosure in 2004. We just had it re-screened on Friday this week, 16 years.......... I would say that it’s a long time to re-screen but he uses only quality materials, and he does the job the right way! I would recommend Bill & BP Screens to anyone. He is a man of his word, and does business the “old school” way!

Bill was able to come out the next day for the estimate. Initially, he thought it would take a couple weeks to schedule. He had a spot open up unexpectedly, so the work was done within 3 days. They were very thorough and the pool cage looks great!

Bill the owner and his team are nothing short of amazing! They are on time, very professional and do things the right way. His guys are very respectful and their work is top of the line. They use higher grade material which will result in you being able to find lower cost guys out there but believe me it will not be an apples to apples comparison. Bill is a perfectionist which will bode well for any of his customers. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

The initial job went extremely well and was very satisfied. 6 month later the pressure stopper for the door no longer works so the door slams shut and the hinges got out of alignment making it impossible to shut the patio door. I have called them 4 times over the last 3 weeks and still have yet to get a phone call back to schedule the repair. Each time I have been told a technician will reach out to me in 2 business days. No phone call very frustrating.

Bill's design added about 5 feet to the height of the enclosure from the old one and it was beyond what we hoped for. The cage is very strong and structurally sound and we could not be more pleased. The team was very professional and got the job done as quickly as the rainy summer of 2018 would allow. Definitely would use them again!

Excellent! He tore up the old screened porch including the concrete slab, replaced it with a new 14x40 slab and began to assemble the most beautiful, extremely well built room we could ever imagined! they were prompt, cleaned up behind them, and did excellent work! Nothing changed on the contract and they delivered exactly as promised. We LOVED this group of employees of Bill Planchart's and would definitely refer them and hire them again!

Bill the owner of bp Aluminum signed a contract with me on September 13, 2018. He required money up front. In December, he had it 1/2 of the project completed and required 70% of total payment. After I gave him the money he went on vacation for 6 weeks. He took 155 days to enclose the lanai. He only had to enclosed two sides of the porch. The other two sides of the porch is part of the house. He was at the very end of the project and then He told me on the phone that he would not be able to complete my sun room because he was laying concrete at a new job. He got the money and took his time completing the job. He did a good job. He took too long he put people and other things ahead of me once he got his money. .

"This is a response to the clients comments. BP Screens works hard for its reputation and worked hard to earn it. On September 13, 2018 we contracted for a sun room to be built. -There were delays receiving paper work from the client. -There were delays from the HOA. -Pasco County took MORE than normal time to approve this permit; which was beyond BP Screens control. -At the beginning of the contract Bill made it known that he was going off on a planned (for over a year) vacation for 6 weeks from the middle of December till the middle of January. -When the permit finally came back, the client was notified that it would be difficult to get the project done before Bills planned vacation. The client was offered the option to wait till he returned from his trip, but she preferred that the job be started at that time. BP Screens did not complete the project prior to Bills trip due to windows that needed to be ordered and the window industry's holiday schedule. Therefore, the windows were not able to arrive until the beginning of the following year (2019). When Bill returned in the new year, that project was scheduled to be completed and was once all the details of the project were completed including the installation of the windows and door. I will conclude by saying there were delays out of BP Screens preferred time frame, but this was a known possibility from the beginning that the project's completion date would need to be extended due to the time of year. The client in her own words stated, "He did a good job". BP Screens has and always will stand behind the work its accomplished for the last 25+ years including 19 of those years working with Angie's List members. -BP Screens Management"

Bill's crew was very prompt and did a fantastic job making sure our lanai was structurally sound before replacing the screen. Also power washed the entire structure and roof before installing screen and repairing/sealing the roof. Will use again in the future and I highly recommend his company.

Diane needs to work on timing and communication, not to mention communicating with Ross on proper fasteners for job. Ross did a good job on installation, however should put more focus and foresight into the task at hand. Ross needs a partner that can help keep tools and materials organized and staged out of the working area. Both very nice

Incredible job it's absolutely beautiful looks like a complete different place. WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY WOULD USE AGAIN in a heartbeat absolutely incredible job. Bill the owner of the business came out to our house and came up with a drawling on putting up a pan roof on our house right on the spot when no other contractor (5 of them) I had out could figure out how to build it across our whole patio due to the angles on our house he is extremely knowledgeable. He showed up when he said he would and His employees showed up every day till job was finished they cleaned up everything in yard and patio when done. You could also reach the owner at all times with questions if needed he answers his phone. My husband and I Learned about different types of aluminum in the process ( people don't realize there are differences in aluminum most contractors use the cheapest material) he uses the best aluminum and you can tell the difference from the rest of my patio. Cannot say enough great things about this company had not one issue from beginning to end worth every penny. All I can say is Incredible awesome beautiful job had no clue it would look so great!!!

The owner and his crew were very courteous and professional. Before the work began, they provided me with sound advice on many options which enabled me to select the best option for my home. For example, the choice of brick pavers over concrete and the clear view screen were excellent choices which resulted in the beautiful and functional addition to my home. This company used quality materials to complete the job and their most experienced craftsman.
