It was fine.

Great service.  Came at time he said he would and explained the problem and how he'd go about fixing it.  He immediately went about the sewer cleaning.  He was professional, reasonably priced, and even took the time to make a few additional plumbing repairs as well as answering my questions about some future repairs I'd like to make in the same bathroom.  I highly recommend him. <br />

Repairs went smoothly.  My only beef was that he left the clock running at $90/hr while he went shopping for parts he didn't bring with him. <br />

I called Mr Bradford and told him my toilet and bath tub was backing up.He said he could stop by that afternoon.Mr Bradford showed up and was very professional and did an awesome job.He is very honest and i would not hesitate calling him again in the future for my plumbing needs.I already have a few other plumbing projects we talked about that i am going to have him do for me. <br />

I had a clogged sink for about a week, used all kinds of over the counter products nothing worked, even used acid...once I saw that didn't work, i contacted Bradford Plumbing and were in my house within 30 minutes.  The problem was solved within 30 minutes and was amazed with the price, i was actually expecting to pay way more considering the difficulty of the job.  I will definitely use them again if any problems should ever arise again.

My toilets would not flushed, so I called this provider at night and they came out that same night to fix the plumbing problem.  He did a really good job and even got up on the roof and used the snake to fix the problem.  He was a very pleasant man to deal with and was very knowledgeable about his craft.

Mr. Bradford had to repair a severed water source pipe to sprinkler and our home.  Problem was that the line did not have a separate valve and entire water source to house had to be closed.  This occurred on a Friday late afternoon.  Mr. Bradford was tied up on other jobs, but promised to come and fix it that night.  He arrived just after dusk and fixed the problem.  His price was very reasonable given the late hours. <br /> He is very capable and an honest person.  His prices are much better than the big outfits.  Highly recommend.

He is very good. He is very professional but very busy. He is very good at his trade.

At that time I was the President of the condo association.  It was an emergency situation.  They came out quickly.  The amount they charged was not outrageous.  I know that other people in the condo had used him before and so I was comfortable hiring him.  They found the source of the leak.  They had to cut through a closet wall to get to it.  They fixed the leak.  The owner responded quickly and he gave us exactly what we were looking for which was the cheapest way to repair the leak.  He got the work done fast and showed up when he said he would.  I would recommend him.

Called night before. Discussed the job ie if emergency. Someone would call at 8:00 A.M. Raul called promply at 8:00. Discussed the time, and job. I told him noon would be fine since I needed to replace floor of kitchen sink cabinet. He showed up,on time looked at old sink, realized that the old stub from wall was wrong figured out the best way to re pipe the waste pipe. Checked his truck for the proper fittings. Went to local plumber store for missing fittings did job. Impressed that he thought to changed that stub out from the wall. Has been incorrect for a long time.

Bradford has been our "family" plumber for several years, and when we remodeled our home we sent out several bids and he was competitive so we jumped a the opportunity to use him. Dave is a one man show who does all the work himself for most jobs. His work is quality, he is always on time and he'll give you a strait evaluation of your situation without trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. Because of the large job he brought in the occasional helper(ever try to install a tub by yourself?)and they were just as professional. All work passed inspection with only one small issue requiring re-inspection. Dave worked well with the other contractors and wasn't shy about letting me know when he thought something could be done better(a life saver because I wasn't using a general contractor).

I was in a panic when I called them and the man who answered the phone called the city out for me to turn off my water. He was at my house within an half hour and got the repair complete within three hours. He was great.
