This company did a great job on my bathroom remodel. The employees that were sent out were very knowledgeable polite and did great work. My project manager Rick always did a great job with having workers scheduled and on top of the plans for the remodel. I highly recommend Bradley Construction for your new project.

Bradley construction was amazing! They did a great remodel on our 1965 bathrooms. They were professional, friendly and kept us informed during the entire process. Kim Bradley is the contractor that worked with us and communicated with us really well. Brian did the construction and was very attentive to detail——-it had to be perfect before he was satisfied even though it looked great to me! It was great to work with such an honest and meticulous group of people. Highly recommend!

We hired Bradley Construction LLC to complete our basement renovation. The renovation entailed adding a laundry room, full bathroom, framing the basement, and everything that goes along with that. We worked through the design with Terry Bradley, Kim Bradley, and a couple of their subcontractors to get everything just right. This design and quoting process was smooth and ensured everyone was aligned. Once the project kicked off we worked with Kim Bradley as Project Manager. Kim is extremely thorough, dedicated, and was our biggest ally through the project. Kim ensured that all the subcontractors showed up as needed to keep the project on schedule and that everyone completed their work per the plan and at a high level. During the project a couple mistakes were made and without fail Kim picked up the phone and immediately made things right. Kim, Terry, Brian, Glen, and all the folks at Bradley have been a pleasure to work with. It's refreshing to find a true trustworthy professional.

We are experienced old people having had many homes in many states. Kim is the best. Excellent continual communication. He checks in on the job site frequently. David Moralas and his crew did an amazing job with their joinery and angled cuts. On time and long hours exemplified their dependability. Nate Wolfe was a pleasure to have in my home. He adjusted his schedule quickly, as we requested changes to the completed project. Nate went above and beyond what was expected of him. We are recommending Bradley Construction throughout our neighborhood!

Job was done well, at a reasonable price, and in a timely manner especially considering the holidays. RIck Burgan kept me updated and informed the entire way through the process and I would happily hire them again.

Bradley Construction was a lifesaver! After a tree sideswiped our house, damaging the roof, gutters, and causing water to leak into a bedroom, we were overwhelmed. Thankfully, Denny, the project manager, stepped in and made the entire process stress-free. They acted quickly to assess the damage and got to work immediately. The repairs were handled with exceptional professionalism, and they ensured everything?from the roof to the interior water damage?was restored to perfection. Denny kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. The quality of their work is outstanding, and their customer service is unmatched. Bradley Construction did a great job. They got the project done fairly quickly and responded to all our concerns. Terry knew what he was talking about when going over the work and the quote was very inclusive.

The final result is very good and the quality of work from individual subcontractors was good, but the lack of a *documented* master plan with sketches and instructions, combined with less-than-stellar two-way communication between the project manager (Mark) and various workers did lead to a few avoidable hiccups. However, Mark was excellent at communicating with us and very flexible in accommodating our desires and dealing with surprises. Documentation on the charges was highly detailed and explained thoroughly. That said, we are *very* pleased with the final product both in quality and endpoint cost; we would consider hiring you for future projects.

Another company started a custom shower install, but everything went wrong from shoddy work to delays in receiving orders to workers not arriving on time (or not at all). After I hired Bradley Construction, I realized I should have hired them in the first place. The project manager stayed on top of the project and made sure everything was completed properly and on schedule. They also installed new countertops in the bathroom. They did an excellent job. I could not have been more pleased!

We worked with Mark Crosby with Bradley Construction LLC. From estimate to completion Mark was a fantastic communicator with our kitchen remodel. Mark kept us informed on what was happening and what days things would be happening. I am so delighted with our new kitchen. The final invoice was very close to estimate. We added a few electrical features that changed the pricing. They finished the job with in the time period promised.

This is the second time we have asked Bradley Construction to take on a project and it simply turned out EXACTLY the way we hoped it would. The task was to turn a small deck that had some simple screens installed into a 12 month room with corner stone wood burning fireplace, tongue and groove vaulted ceiling, recessed lighting, extra insulation and EzeBreeze windows allowing for both the screened in porch feel and also the sunroom feel anytime. From initial design meeting to full completion, the project ran very smoothly with professional skilled people. Our project manager, Rick Burgen keep us informed as well as any construction project I've been part of, and I've been involved in dozens both residential and commercial. This team is top notch starting with the owner, Terry Bradley, and throughout the organization! We love it, and use the space every day!

I don’t write many reviews, but I was inspired to write this one. It’s rare to find a company when you are doing a remodeling project that is competitive, professional, communicates well and does a great job in all aspects of the project. Our experience with Bradley Construction was all that and more. From the very first contact with Mr. Bradley through all the steps in our kitchen remodel (replace granite, sink, new appliance install and rebuild of pony wall) the team from Bradley Construction was “on it”. Clear and easy to understand invoicing was also part of our experiences…. there were simply no surprises, and the job was done in a very reasonable time frame. Hats off to our project manager, Rick, and to all of Terry’s team, especially Marcus – I could not give a stronger recommendation. We have had some challenges with construction teams in the past, but not this time – they simply tell you what they are going to do and then they deliver – and the end result was exactly what we had hoped for!

Considering the fact that I had 3 different contract jobs going on simultaneously, I feel the job went extremely well. Bradley Construction and their subs did a very good job on my home and were always friendly and courteous. I would recommend these folks to anyone in the area.

Excellent job with completely remodeled the kitchen. It's absolutely beautiful. They also a wonderful job completely remodeled my upstairs adding 2 bedrooms and jack jill bathroom.

My husband and I highly recommend Bradley Construction; these guys are real pros! We hired Bradley to do an almost-complete redesign of our home. Every single room received some kind of treatment, with the kitchen and two bathrooms receiving a full remodel, including removing walls to combine rooms. The real trick was that we lived several hundred miles away while they were doing the work, so we had to coordinate everything from a distance. From the very beginning, the owner, Terry, and our project manager, Vince, were very responsive and communicated well. They were well organized, on-time, and stayed within the budget. They listened to our needs and customized aspects of the build to meet those needs. When problems came up, as they do in construction, they were honest in their explanations and devised plans to fix the situation. We have now lived in the house for several months and are very happy with the work. So happy, in fact, that we have contracted with them again, this time to remodel the outside of our house.

Wanted to add sunroom to home. Had asked around for years to find contractor I could trust due to problems building previous home and past experiences over the years. Finally contacted Bradley Construction due to numerous good reviews online. Owner, Terry Bradley and supervisor, David came over and evaluated project and gave price which was around what I wanted to invest. It was apparent to me Terry was extremely knowledgable of construction, codes, etc and I felt fairly confident from the start. Started the project shortly thereafter. David, the on site supervisor checked in frequently, every day at times involving me in all decisions and Terry made periodic inspections. They were pickier than I was. Denny who did large part of construction was absolutely, without a doubt the best carpenter I have ever encountered (I bought my first home in 1972 and have had numerous projects since). His work was superb. I also had them replace back door due to damage from the elements and found further damage which was repaired. I was so happy with this I had them replace the two windows from home to sunroom. I inquired about replacing front door which didn't open open and close the way I wanted but Denny just fixed that in short order and it works beautifully. I couldn't be happier with Bradley Construction. My only regret is that I didn't know about them before I purchased this home . I would have had them construct one for me.
