I don't think you could ask for a more professional contractor. I was thoroughly satisfied with the contractor himself, the employees, the work that was performed, their punctuality, their availability and their ability to help me after the earth quake took place. Everything that I needed, they were able to attend to and repair. They were clean. In a job that could have been extremely messy, they were fantastic. I would recommend them completely to any friend of family member.

We were very dissatisfied with the quality of work performed. This contractor diluted the paint colors in both bathrooms. He was also unresponsive with our phone calls.

Called Brad for some patching in a closet after a new organizer was put in and to build a small wall extension so the closet doors would fit better. Three other contractors declined, probably because it was such a small job. I was also working on a timeline and he bent over backwards to accommodate me. Two days after they left I tried to put up the header in the new opening for the closet and could not get it to fit. I called Brad and he was out the next day and put it up. His experienced technique for putting the header up was the key. Thank you Brad and his team Oscar and Jose. I plan on using them again as a result of their efforts and quality of the job they did for me.

He was very good at what he did. He told us it would take so many days and that is what it took. He was very nice. He did excellent service. Actually, we are going to call him back to do more work on our house because my family likes him and we are going to recommend him to a friend too. His price was excellent. We got two more other quotes and he was the best one. He was always on time. He was good at professionalism because he carpeted our floor and everything so that he wouldn’t get dust on it.

All went great. He came out, measured, and we got an estimate within a couple days. He was able to start when convenient for us. Work took at couple days and they were gone and my mother-in-law had a beautiful ceiling.

Overall, the work was well done. His workers were friendly, neat and cleaned up after themselves. Our only complaints were that they didn't protect our wood floor sufficiently, and we found a couple of dents as a result.. Also, we had to paint a miniscule area withone more coat. The final product blended almost perfectly with the surrounding area, and we were quite happy. I would certainly use Brad Patrick in the future if needed!

Brad's company has performed services at both my home and office on different occasions. Part of the work has been a remodeling type project and another has been due to a pipe leak and resulting damage in my home. Brad and his guys removed drywall, replaced drywall, mud/tape/texture drywall, primed, painted new & repaired drywall. They even removed old wallpaper and textured and finished the drywall underneath! I appreciate that Brad is always prompt in returning calls, he shows up as scheduled, and the work is done without my supervision.

I found this company on Angie's List and called for an estimate to remove accoustic ceilings. Brad came out promptly, looked over the job and gave written estimate. Cost and date to do the work were agreed on over the phone a few days later. When workers arrived at my home and were shown the job, they called Brad. I was handed the phone, and Brad told me he had underbid the job because he didn't realize we had plaster ceilings. Job would be $400 more than his written estimate. I was told I would see a sample of what the new ceilings would look like, since they would look different than the ones agreed upon. Since workers were already at my house and I was anxious to get the job done, I agreed to new price. Job was completed without my ever being shown a sample or picture of what finished ceilings would look like. The ceilings look ok, but they don't match the other ceilings in my home. When I paid for the job, I asked for a written receipt for the work that was actually done. The worker wrote the amount paid on my copy of original estimate and told me Brad would send something in the mail that reflected a more accurate record of the work done. I never received anything or heard from anyone again.

Prepped and painted my front double doors in Black Semi-Gloss paint. Did a good job. However, when the door hardware was re-installed, is was done wrong. The door trim was not re-installed because it will be replaced. I have stepped on and found 7 screws around the house on the floor. The was no follow up by Brad to see what I thought of the job done by his crew. Brad was not present for the job

Called Brad for an estimate and he arrived promptly for his appointment. Looked over the job and gave an estimate on the spot. The job was small in comparison to some others I'm sure he has had, but he took his time and even had a few suggestions. The workers arrived promptly as scheduled and carefully laid down plastic sheeting over hardwood floors and all carpeted areas that they would be walking over. They completed the job in half the time allotted and cleaned up after themselves. A job well done.

Wiring installation for a ceiling fan created several openings in a popcorn ceiling that needed patching, We used Brad Patrick three years ago (recommended that time by our painter) to perform similar repairs in the same room due to a plumbing leak (we were quite please with their work that time), and as a new member of Angie's List we were happy to find Brad Patrick on the list. Brad responded promptly to our inquiry, and we set up a convenient day for the work; we preferred early morning for this, and he was happy to accommodate us in that. The men arrived on time, did a very professional job, and cleaned up their work very well. We trust we won't have to have this room done again, but if we need similar work done, Brad would be the first person we'd call. This obviously was a small repair job, but Brad was happy to do it, which we really appreciate.

Approximently 1 year ago, I had this contractor repair somw drywall that had been damaged from a water leak. At that time, he quoted me a price to INCLUDE, repair and painting of the affected area.
In June of 2011, I contacted him again, for a similiar job, but the affected area from water damage was quite small, 4 square feet at the most.
After the initial repair was completed, I recontacted him, (even though the person stated that Brad would call, he did not call.)
and surprised me with the statement that Painting Was Not Included. I reaffirmed that the previous job was Inclusive of repair AND paint, and it was my understanding that this current small repair also included painting.
He stated that it did not include the paint, and he was not going to do that.
I was disappointed in his response, at the very least, he could have offered some kind of compromise to correct the misunderstanding. He did not.
Overall, the price was excessive, and I would definetely NOT use him again
Working with Brad & his team was a breeze! I am p/t decorator and DIY girl who just bought a condo that is in serious need of repair. Used Angie's List to start looking for contractors for ALL the jobs in my home. His team was fast, prompt and very efficient...they were done in two days and the ceilings look FABULOUS! Seriously a great experience!

I walked Brad throughout my home pointing out all the popcorn (acoustic ceiling) to be removed from all rooms and closets (2), and told him that I was an Angie's List member and that I had gotten his name thru Angie's List. Brad's estimate was good and he had exellent Angie's List reports so I hired him. The day of the removal I took a vacation day from work to be home and to pack up and move all lamps, chairs, breakables, wall pictures, china, end tables, dresser tops, fireplace mantal items, closet items near the top of closet, etc. His 2 man team arrived on time to do the work. At the start of the work, one of the workmen questioned the estimate and said that he would call Brad. He couldn't reach Brad and continued with the job, sheeting the floors and walls in plastic and spraying the ceilings with water (a few hours). The workmen then took a well deserved break and to allow the water to soak in to make scraping easier. Then one of the workmen came to me, after the ceilings were now all wet, to say that the job was under-bid by Brad by $50 during the estimate and I was told that the closets (that I had shown Brad) were not included in the estimate. I paid the $50 extra to ensure a great job. The job was good, but then had to keep the workers from leaving before all the ceiling fixtures, that they had removed, had been put back in place (HVAC vents, ceiling lights and fans). Would not recommend this company as they changed the price mid-way thru the job due to their error, and were in a big hurry to leave without taking the time to return my home as they found it.

Brad Patrick was on time for the estimate. He had a paint that he used and would not consider the paint I prefer. But the color was very nice that he picked, French Coffee. The work was beautiful and did not get on my wall paper or walls. The wall paper removal did not go as well. The guys put too much removal on and left puddles on the floor even though they were covered in plastic to protect them. When they went to remove the plastic from the floor some of the wall paper removal got on my brand new laminated floors. Five planks started to pull up around the sides. I think that if they had cleaned up the puddles first before removing the plastic it would have prevented the damage to the floors. Feel free to hire this company for patches on your walls and painting your ceilings.

He removed the stains from the ceiling. He was very good and very professional. They did a really good job. I was very happy with them. I don?t think anybody can take off that stuff from the ceiling that easily. Their price was also good.

A 2nd floor plumbing leak stained the first floor ceiling. The plumber had to cut a hole in the ceiling to be sure that the leak was fixed. Brad Patrick patched the 2' x 2' hole in the ceiling. They had to match the orange peal texture; they did that very well. The workers were prompt and completed the job quickly. They left the house clean. The only complaint that I have is they failed to leave me a piece of the old ceiling so that I could have a sample of the ceiling paint color.

The lighting guy came on Monday and installed the recessed lighting cans in the living room area and kitchen. On Tuesday another crew (3 guys) came over and got the popcorn ceiling down. On Wednesday the crew returned and texturized the ceiling and painted the ceiling. I opted for the hand texturizing and got the medium hand texturizing. It looks fantastic!!! I called Brad Patrick back just to ask for the brand and color of the paint used so that I would have it in the future for touch-ups. He called me back the same day with the information. The company is professional and does good quality work!
