very well. Brad does excellent work and at a very fair price. He cares about his work and his customers and is very conscientious. Brad and Robert are both creative problem solvers with a great eye for design. I'm very happy to have found Brad and will certainly call on him again for future work.

I'm so happy I found Brad on Angie's list. My deck was in poor condition and Brad and his assistant replaced many weather damaged boards on the floor and elsewhere. He checked the structural soundness and added support. Brad made it look beautiful plus he rebuilt the deck stairs so they are so more walkable. He also framed and installed new French exterior doors and a storm/screen door. This was a job that a couple of other contractors looked at and were unable to come up with any plan except sliding doors which I did not want. (I have dogs that destroy sliding door screens.) Brad and his helper were very talented and skilled at their craft. Plus Brad has a great eye for design and comes up with creative and aesthetically pleasing solutions. Did I mention Brad's prices are very fair? I look forward to the next few jobs he will be doing for me!

Brad was knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and punctual. He and his crew went out of their way to insure the job was performed in a professional manner, that the door was aesthetically pleasing, and he even offered to do a little additional work while he was here to insure we were able to access the attic safely.

Extremely prompt. Price was very reasonable. Good quality results. The only negative was that his helper discarded some scrap flooring in my residential trash while the owner was on a material run. Owner did not do this, instead hauling off all debris.

Excellent! Brad and Robert stayed on the job until it was finished, which took a little over a week as I kept adding things to the job. Brad found that the bathroom floor was rotting around the toilet, something that was overlooked by a previous handyman three years ago. Everything done in a workmanlike manner at a reasonable cost. Since I live out of town, Brad will be my go-to guy if and when issues arise with the property. Cost was approximately $4400, plus materials.

Talk about high energy--Brad is a whirlwind of focused skill, even working with a cast for his week-old broken ankle. He and his helper, Eduardo, did an excellent job at a fair price, and they did it quickly (I needed the work done before some other equipment was to be moved into my home, and so I phoned and they appeared within hours to work for about five hours). They also helped move some equipment and supplies as I had hurt my back. Everything was done professionally and well.

Brad is so easy to work with. He takes instructions well and offers solutions! His ideas are wonderful. More than a handyman! He could remodel a home...I'm sure of it. I've already purchased more things for him to do.

We found Brad on Angie's List and are glad we did! He is extremely professional, honest and shows up on time. We would highly recommend him and have already passed along his information to friends and family members.
