Brad and crew did an excellent job, had a great work ethic, were on time and completed job in the time specified. His crew were polite and they cleaned up everything when done for the day. Brad was always available when you had any questions. Completely satisfied. Would recommend for any project.

My roof is leaking. Had several contractors over to verify the poor work quality. Water damage caused mold and he blamed it on tyvek still on house. That was not the problem it wasn’t proper step flashing and still won’t repair. I’m hoping for a resolution to the damage I shouldn’t have to go through this he say 100 satisfied we’ll work was done horribly.

"I was out to your place 3 times i asked you numerous times to let me into house to see where leaking was occurring and you'd never get back to me to let me in i also had told your boyfriend who hired me that the flashing wasn't right but couldn't be done without tearing up old siding or being done when new siding was put on so the tyvek was out on as a temporary solution not to sit out in the weather for over a year and let's not forget the close to 1000 dollars im owed also for a year for other work completed so when leaving a reveiw at least tell the truth its been months now since I left you a text saying I needed to get in as I saw nothing wrong on roof also showing you a picture where water was getting in behind the rotted siding where tyvek was coming loose as its not meant to go over deteriorated material and then left over a year my last text to you was April 4th stating that I need to get in to try see if there was anything I missed or was looking in wrong place i received no answer to that text nor any calls or texts since now today this review rather inconsistent woukdnt you say"

It went great. Brad was a very pleasant guy to work with, he did a great job on installing my new siding.He worked well with me and let me know every step of the way what was going on. The weather had some impact on the time it took but that's mother nature. I would highly recommend Brad.

I couldn't be more pleased; Brad was able to come look at the job the same day that I called and the work was done three days later. He was on target with his estimate and the area was cleaned up afterward. I had been waiting months for another contractor to even respond to my multiple inquiries. Brad got the job done well and in an amazingly short amount of turnover time from my original call. Granted, it's early in the roofing season but the overall communication was great. I certainly recommend him!!!!!

Brad has a very small crew which can cause some delays but his work is outstanding. More importantly is his integrity which is by far the highest I have encountered in a contractor. The price was also very reasonable and his communication was great. Brad always responded to my calls and answered my questions in detail. I would hire Brad again in a heart beat.

Our 17 x 30, 2 story barn was in need of a face lift. The original wood exterior was compromised by woodpeckers, weather, and age. Brad promptly returned our phone call and came over to discuss the project, returning his proposal in a timely manner. He replaced rotten wood as needed, installed aluminum soffit panels and fascia trim, steel siding, and 2 fixed-pane windows. He did a great job!

Brad was quick to reply to my request for a quote and offered a fair price for work rendered. Everything done in a excellent manor, I was gone when he did the job (was prearranged), and when I got home the only way I knew he was here was by looking up at the repaired area. Would definetly recommend and hire again when I need work.

Everything went great from the very first time I talked to Brad on the phone about coming to look at the house all the way to the end of the process. Brad is extremely knowledgeable with anything and everything when it comes to home improvement! He kept in contact with me throughout the entire project providing updates as he went along. He was also lower in cost by about $2,000 than all the other local bigger home improvement companies I dealt with. I wish I had contacted him first! I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking about home improvement projects! If you or someone you know is thinking about any home improvement projects I STRONGLY recommend you call Brad first!

<p>I would not use them again, but that's probably my own fault, because I don't know if I would ever be satisfied with a gutter cleaning. They did exactly what they said they would do. The only thing is I think I rated them a B because they left behind a bag of garbage hanging off my roof and other then that they did everything they were asked for, the problem is we are actually surrounded by Maple trees and it's impossible to keep gutters clean. Their professionalism was okay, and I appreciated that he came back to our house and gave us information about gutter guards and about how gutter guards can help keep your gutters clean especially in the area where we are, and I appreciated he spent the time to go out and come back with brochures so I raise him higher for that. But I won't use his service again because I'm going to install the gutter guards myself. They come out when they say they will come out and they do the job they say will do. </p>

This is a fair weather service, so I was not surprised or disappointed when he didn't show up on the day agreed upon because it was raining, and we had agreed that would happen if it rained. He performed the gutter cleaning ASAP after the rain. Service was performed, but he did leave a nearly empty bag behind in a gutter by the garage. It was easy enough to pull down and dispose of myself. <br /> He discussed using a gutter guard and provided me with brochure and installation cost, warning me that with the big maple in my neighbor's yard, a good gutter cleaning should happen twice a year if we don't use a guard. So that showed consideration for my situation, and an attempt to reduce my own costs further in the future. I appreciated that. <br />
