Avoid Bradstone Paving & Masonry (Patrick Cash). A 3-6 day driveway job turned into months of severe delays and total abandonment. Cash has been non-responsive since February 2026. Heavy rollers severely damaged ~400 new Nicolock pavers, leaving them scratched, oil-stained, and cracked. An unsupervised crew member backed into my vehicle while I was inside it, and the entire crew immediately fled the worksite. Despite a 'no deposit' contract, Cash constantly pressured us for early partial payments. We had to amend the contract to secure his written promise to pay for vehicle repairs and document a $5k advance. Debris was left for weeks, forcing us to clear it. Workmanship is poor; unfinished polymeric sand leaves wide gaps prone to weeds and shifting. He also failed to provide a Certificate of Insurance. As of June 2026, repairs are still outstanding at an additional cost of $8K quoted by another company.

We hired Bradstone to replace our walkway, driveway, and add a stone border. While the final result was acceptable, the experience was very frustrating and we would not hire them again. The project was quoted as one week but took over two months, with long gaps where no work was done despite repeated promises. In total, only about 7 days of work occurred over ~65 days. They also did not follow the contract. The walkway was initially installed at 3 feet instead of the agreed 5 feet and had to be redone after we pushed back. Drainage was also installed incorrectly. The crew left a mess and caused damage, including killing sections of grass, spilling oil, cutting a marked electrical line, and leaving debris throughout the yard. Overall, poor communication, delays, and property damage made this a negative experience.

Patrick came to our door offering their services to remove, replace and extend our driveway. He offered a very good deal to us, which we couldn't turn down. A couple days later, they removed our old, crumbling driveway and prepared the base for our new, larger driveway. The following day they installed the asphalt. Our new driveway looks great, and the crew was very hard working and respectful of our property. I would definitely recommend this entire crew if you are looking to replace or replace your driveway.

Highly recommend them to anyone had them come out and cap my old concrete stoop and take out walkway and replace with nicklock it looks amazing they poured concrete under my old stoop for support, old walkway had water sitting beside it no more water problems runs off perfectly couldn’t be more impressed amazing team very knowledgeable and owner on site he answered any questions or concerns I had, (Quick note there coming back to put pea gravel on the left!)

Kevin and Patrick did an incredible job on my patio! From start to finish, they were professional, experienced, and very easy to work with. I had a water issue along the left side of my house, and they solved it completely—no more water problems! The patio they installed is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned. One thing that really stood out was how clean and organized they were throughout the entire project. They kept the area tidy every day and made sure everything was spotless when they finished. They were also great at answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell they really take pride in their work. I highly recommend them!

Had Bradstone Paving and Masonry put in a new driveway with Nicklock pavers, and it came out great. I’ve hired a lot of contractors over the years, but these guys really stood out. They’re not the cheapest, but the quality and attention to detail made it totally worth it. Solid work, looks awesome definitely glad I went with them, would highly recommend them to all family friends and neighbors!
