Jim Brady performed high quality work in a very large master bathroom and shower. The services were also at a fair price for demolition, and installation. He was also very helpful with some unforeseen problems stemming from the original builder's errors. He was very punctual and constantly in communication about the status of the job. His OCD (read attention to detail) led to a flawless appearance to the finished product.

We cannot give sufficient praise for the quality work Jim Brady performed for a fair price. Jim was always there and on time when he said and even stayed later to insure the day’s work was done to his meticulous standards. Wonderful. Arrived promptly and put ina full day work until job was finished. Stayed late some days to finish a certain part of project. Was respectful of my property and left areas clean. Even blew the leaves off my patio when cleaning his sawed areas. Gave me a reasonable price and I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work. Was very attentive to details. Wish all workmen had such a great work ethic. Very personable and professional, couldn’t ask for more. I had an accidental flooding of part of my house and he came out with very short notice and removed all the involved carpet. Then came the next week as arranged and removed all other carpet in preparation for the installation.

The attention to detail and craftsmanship were exceptional. Additionally, Jim proved very easy to work with. Prices were fair and there were no surprises. I was delighted with the outcome of all three projects and always receive compliments from family and friends who saw the before and after.

Jim did a great job. He was very thorough and paid attention to details. He was respectful of the house and careful not to damage anything. Everyday he cleaned up the work area. He kept us informed about when he could do the work, when he would arrive, how long the process would take, etc. I felt very comfortable having him in the house. The cost of service included demolition, backer board, thin set mortar, labor. We purchased the tile, stone, and grout separately.

It went great. I worked closely with Jim for 3-4 weeks. He was extremely punctual, meticulous with his tools and work output. I got to spend a lot of time with Jim while I completed other projects in the house He was great to have in the house and I would use him for every future job I might have

Jim did an outstanding job. He is professional, thoughtful and very skilled. His estimate for both time and money was accurate and the work is beautiful. We had zero dust or mess despite having half of our home redone. We highly recommend him and will definitely work with Jim again.

Mr Brady offered his expert opinion during the first visit when he gave us the estimate. He told us what he was going to do in each room and how he would solve the carpet wrinkle problems. He explained what would have to be moved from each room, or whether it needed to be completely empty. Mr Brady is very personable and professional. Great job!

Jim was great. He was always on time and did an amazing job. He took out an original tile floor without damaging the wall tile. He kept everything clean while he was working and the new tile is perfect. I really can't say enough good about the work he did. I would happily hire him again and would strongly recommend him.

I had new carpet and carpet pad installed and vinyl flooring repaired in my house. When he measured for the new carpet he advised me to buy 15 foot wide carpet to minimize the waste that I would have had if I had bought 12 foot wide carpet, which saved me money. The work was done very professionally. I own several rental properties and am a General Contractor and have worked with Jim for about 12 Years. Over the years I had worked with other Flooring Contractors and now I only use Brady Flooring because of the quality of work he does. In addition to flooring Jim has Installed Tile Showers, Tile Back Splashes in Kitchens, And Tile Tub Surrounds for me. He always does excellent work, and takes every precaution to protect your house and keep it clean. I would highly recommend Brady Flooring if you want a clean, courteous and professional job.
