Bragg installed a new furnace for me last year, and called me to schedule a free annual inspection. This was unexpected and certainly greatly appreciated. Thanks goes out to them!

I've been a long-time customer of Bragg. There is a good reason for this. Their availability, accessibility, and reliability are all top of the line. The reason I started using them was they would be the company that would make themselves available during an emergency the most. Recently, there was a change in ownership. So, I had to pay more attention to how things would change. It is clear they've invested more in staff. This was potentially good and bad. Good for the obvious availability reasons, but bad in the risk of losing that personal touch. I can safely say that it's all good. Recently, I replaced my central air system on the back of going tankless water heating. Fast and quality service. EVERY issue I had was handled with respect and care, and I could not be any happier. Bragg Home Technicians are very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough inspection of my 26-year old furnace in our crawlspace and our water heater tank for only $49. The Furnace Propane gas pressure was dangerously high, and adjusted it for our safety. We will need to replace our rusted out furnace and rat-infested duct system. Will cost $12,500 material and labor to replace old system with 40k BTU 80% efficiency furnace + 5 AlumaFlex Ducts.

I had a fantastic experience with Bragg— from the Tech doing the estimate, to the operations lead who did a pre-job check-in, to the amazing install team and all the admin staff doing scheduling. They found things that were absolutely needed that none of the other companies interviewed found. Mine was a complicated re-ducting job with a new return added, as well as a new scrubber. I highly recommend Bragg for all HVAC services!

Very well Bragg rep was friendly and personable. I called at 9.30pm on a hot day. AC was fixed by 10.00am next morning. I was very pleased.

Had Todd and David out for the Home Care Package and Tune-Up. Both were very thorough and honest. Talked about different options to replace some of the equipment and also the possibility of when some of the current equipment may run out. Will definitely use Bragg again for my home services.

Bragg just finished re-insulating my attic insulation after I’d had a rodent problem. The crew was on time, communicated throughout, did a fantastic job, cleared everything on the scope list and were a pleasure to work with. Cleaned everything before departing. I also want to comment that the estimator did a great job explaining options, pros and cons of R-values, was honest, trustworthy and low key about comparing to other bids. I hired on the spot. PS Bragg has done several jobs for me over the years, this was just the biggest and I’ve been happy each and every time.Highly recommend.

David was great, solved a leaking dryer vent issue and did a thorough inspection of my AC and furnace. Easy to schedule an appointment too. Will use Bragg Home Services again.

The entire process working with Bragg was great. Tyler worked hard to get us the setup we wanted, and the crew that handled the install was quick and did their best to limit the install Impact on our newborn. Highly recommend.
