"My company performed maintenance services for [member name removed] over the course of three and a half years terminating in June 2014. At one point during this period we ceased the service and a month later we were asked to return. [member name removed] approached me a few months after his wife passed away stating he could no longer afford the $75 service fee and we parted ways on good terms. Service agreements are typically for one year, certain exclusions apply. After that year customers usually retain us on a month to month basis. Regular maintenance services are set up to fit within one hour time slots so that all customers scheduled for that day can be attended to. Services always include sprinkler head replacement and drip system repair regardless of who is at fault. Some of the services performed for [member name removed] over the years that were not included in the regular maintenance agreement but were performed at no additional charge were: timer installation, tree removal, and gutter clean outs to name a few. [member name removed] repeatedly asked me for estimated to repair his crumbling stucco, however I am not licensed for this service. On a personal note. I am still happily married with three wonderful children and we are in good health."
