It went great. Brandon had cleaned my gutters every fall to get the leaves out and blow out the underground drains. He suggested installing gutter guards. We will no longer need his services because of the new gutter guards, but I will certainly use them again if we move.

David was on-time, professional, and enjoyable to speak with. You could tell he's done this a long time and appears to thrive in this environment. The crew ran into some problems with tree roots and had to perform extra work of cutting a trough through a concrete walkway. I was not charged extra for this and am greatly appreciative. Brandon's Gutter uses heavy-duty PVC for drains as opposed to the cheaper corrugated material that won't last. Good pictures are available on their website. My only complaint is that it took a week for the crew to get back to my residence and finish pouring the concrete. This was after I called both the owner and the crew leader. The quality was great and the price was less than half of my other estimate, so I'd hire again without reservation.

They performed very professionally and I couldn't have ask for better men. I called on Tuesday and had new gutter by Thursday the other gutter companies I called didn't even come out to give an estimate. Great job would definitely use again. Thanks guys!

Brandon't Gutter Service fully met expectations. Based on the work done, I have hired him in advance to return in early December to clean gutters again. <br /> Note on grading: For the record I don't usually give 4 or 5 stars to someone who simply does what they are expected to do. Mr Brandon returned my call promptly, arrived on time, and did what was requested. An appropriate grade would be 3 stars, but grade inflation is so prevalent that I am forced into a higher grade so as not to hurt his reputation. <br />

"[Member name removed] Thanks for the feedback! But i have looked for your customer record and i cant find any jobs Brandon's Gutter Service did for you. I looked all the way back to 2008. But in 2012 we did have another guy that was installing gutters for us,(because we do not install all we offer is repairs, cleaning, and maintenance). But as for now we do not use that company anymore because of issues like this. As of now all we use is employees that we hire we do not sub contract any work now.
