Very well All work was completely satisfactorily and expeditiously. Fair price. Also noticed a problem in my hot water tank closet that they identified and correct at no additional charge.

I had explained my past experience with an auger breaking in our drain (from another plumbing company) and my fear, Brandon's Plumbing was understanding and approached the clog in our second bathroom from an access point I felt comfortable. The plumber who came out took his time and was cautious. He was able to free the clog and provided helpful recommendations to reduce clogs. (was not certain about the date of service, if it was October/November of 2017) I did refer to neighbors and they were also very pleased with Brandon's Plumbing who unclogged a drain for them as well.

Brandon's plumbing had been to my home several times prior to running the camera to find that there was water in the pipes that shouldn't have been there. During each visit they would unclog the toilet and reset it. Each time that the plumber would come out, they would check outside for cleaning drain and would state that I did not have one. I, infact, do have one. More than 3 different plumbers where unable to find this drain, until I finally found it myself.
Each time the toilet was reset, it was reset incorrectly and caused leaking at the bottom of the toilet. This meant that I had to take off work not once, but twice for them to come back and reset the toilet properly.
Once the camera was run, they said that there was water in the pipes and that they would need to drill into the foundation to repair the pipes. I asked how they would know where to drill and they assured me that the camera and tools they had would provide them the exact location.
One the day that the work was done, two plumbers came to my home and started drilling into the concrete. I would come downstairs to check on them and I would see that my front door was wide open in 95 degree weather. I would ask that they keep the door shut. Finally after doing this several times, they said that they were keeping the door open to keep the dust down. The first plumber was drilling into the concrete while the second stood watching in the doorway with the plastic pulled aside so he could see. The shopvac remained unused on the floor. After 4 hours of drilling, I came downstairs again to check on them and they told me that they had hit the airduct that was right in front of the toilet, instead of plumbing. They were in the wrong spot and would need to drill some more. They had to come back a second day because the drilling after lunch was not enough time for them to break through the concrete. Several times when I would come downstairs there would just be one plumber sitting on the floor and other had left. They said to do other jobs. This happened more than 4 times that day.
That night, I was displaced from my home because there was over an inch of dust covering my entire downstairs. I did not feel it would be appropriate to clean it up since they were not done drilling. I had a very small baby at the time that was born 10 weeks premature and I did not want to bring into the house because of the dust.
The next day, they returned and drilled for about 30 minutes and were through the concrete. I came downstairs to check the progress and asked why it did not take as long today. They informed me that my concrete was "harder than usual" and they needed a bigger jackhammer. Why wasn't this bigger jack hammer used the day before? There were two plumbers, one could have left to get the bigger jack hammer and come back.
When they were finished with the work, they said that they would clean up and leave the house while my family again was displaced from the home because I would not bring my son into that environment. The next day when we returned, we found the house exactly as it was at 4:45pm the previous day when the plumbers said that they would clean up. My home was covered in inches of dust, I had to wash every single item, nicknack, wash walls, every surface downstairs had to be wiped down and wash 2 times to get all of the dust. They also spilled a trail of concrete from the front door down the hallway into the bathroom.
The concrete that they laid over the new plumbing was not even and too high next to the existing tiles. THere would be no way to lay new tile on the concrete and have it be even with the other tiles. Brandon's referred me to a general contractor that they new personally to help me get the tile relaid. This contractor came into my bathroom and said, "Oh my god, what did Brandon's do? I am so sorry about this and I will work with them to get some of my work paid".
I notified Brandon's of my dissatification immediately and had to call and email everyday for almost a week before I got a response. Then I was told that the plumber was fired for his actions. I continued to call and email Brandon's about compensation for the poor work that was done. My request was simple and was that I pay the original quote for the work of $1700.00 plus $400 for compensation. I wanted to pay the original quote because I don't believe it was my fault that the job took days to complete instead of one because the plumbers did not come properly equipped to the job. Paying the $1700 would have brought me to what I would have normally paid and the $400 compensation was to help pay for another person to fix the concrete work that Brandons did incorrectly.
I did not go with Brandon's contractor because he quoted me $1200 to lay 10 tiles and fix the sheetrock and paneling. Brandons would only cover $200 of this. I used a contractor that only cost me $600 and $400 of it was to fix the concrete work. So again, my request was not asking to pay nothing for work I received, I want to pay for the work but not be penalized at the same time.
After a bunch of back and forth with Brandon's they finally offered me $600 compensation. This was again not nearly enough and i chose to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Currently, this is still being disputed and I am out of my additional money.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. It was so much work to get anyone to recognize that mistakes were made and even then, I don't believe that I was treated fairly. Brandons commercial are big on the fact that they are set pricing, but yet I was charged more than the set price because the job took longer than they thought it would. I do not see how this is any way to do business. I feel that I have been very polite about the entire thing and have never been upset with Brandons verbally, but I finally have waited long enough and feel it is necessary to tell the rest of OKC not to use this company.

The first garbage disposal that was installed rusted out. They replaced it under warranty; however, they replaced it with the same kind. It has rusted out again. It has been approximately 5 months of trying to get them to take care of it like they said they would. I have even been accused of putting something in it to rust it out. They promise to call me and don't. I have been told by the scheduler that he is too busy to worry about it. I have even sent them pictures of the rust in an email and have yet to hear back from them. They just keep putting me off.
Called them at 5:30PM on a Friday night. The weather was terrible, an ice storm had started. They arrived in about 45 minutes and not only cleared the stoppage, but ran the auger clear to the main to insure that it was completely clear. They did the job professionally, cleaned up after themselves well, and were extremely pleasant individuals. I was shocked that anyone would even come out after hours in the horrid weather, but they came quickly and never complained. There was an extra $75.00 for after hours, that we were made aware of when we made the call (reasonable in my judgement).
The drain stopper broke in one of my bathroom sinks. So I purchased a new one and called Brandon's to install it. Upon arrival he told me that it would be over $200 because he needed to install a cutoff that wasn't there. I told him I didn't want that and he told me if he didn't install that part the price would be $175. I felt that was very high and tried to get him to lower the price, he wouldnt. I grudgingly allowed him to do the job. 30 minutes later he was finished and I paid. I felt it was way overpriced for the work done.
I had used Brandon's plumbing several times over the past 4 years. However, I was shocked at how unprofessional they were. The plumbers drilled into my slab twice, leaving a mess of mud and concrete in two seperate areas. Then, they suddenly left without caring that I had no running water, a destroyed cabinet, and two holes in the slab foundation. I begged for them to work late, and offered to pay an extra fee. The owner himself came to my house and let me know that they would not work past 5pm. When I asked him how I could go the whole weekend with a slab leak he told me to only run the water at night.
Overall, do not use this company. They were unprofessional, left damage that I have to get repaired by a carpenter. They say they can locate leaks in a slab, but I don't think they have the skills to do this. My leak was repaired by another company.
This was the 2nd time this company came to my house to perform the job. The first time they did seal off the water line, however, they failed to cap the line off far enough in the wall to allow sheet rock to be placed on the wall. They also broke a shelf inside a cabinet.

This company charged too much for the work they did.

I went through a lot of companies and didn?t get very far with them. I finally found Brandon's Plumbing through my home owner?s insurance company. They were very good, prompt and professional. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.

They quoted $300 before starting the job. I did not know at that time how quick and simple the repair would be. From start to finish the job took less than 30 minutes. On the plus side, the 2 men were polite, professional, and fast. On the down side, the multiple joints between the seal c*** and the casting means that a future replacement, however unlikely, will require opening the wall again. It doesn't seem the right way to do this type of installation. My larger complaint is the cost: $300 for 1/2 an hour's work for 2 men is the equivalent of $300 per manhour. I let myself be duped by the "we'll quote the job when we get there and you can always refuse" line. Having to take off from work to meet them, being without water for 24 hours, and having a plumber right there ready to fix the problem makes for a short-sighted decision to pay whatever they want to fix the problem. In the future I will use a plumber who gives me the hourly rate up front, as well as doing more research about the repair before even starting.
Response from BRANDON'S PLUMBING
"This customer cut a hole in his wall and attempted to do this plumbing repair himself. He twisted the copper pipe off in the wall. The plumber had to replace the copper pipe and fittings. The extra fittings were necessary because of damage done by the customer. It was necessary to replace the copper pipe and solder the new pipe in place. The customer was charged $300.00 for this repair, copper pipe replacement, and fittings replacement. $300.00 was a reasonable charge for the materials, time and labor for this professional plumber to complete the job. [member name removed] paid this invoice with an "Insufficient Funds" check. it was necessary to have the Bogus Check Restitution department of the District Attorney's office collect this bogus check two months after the work was completed."
