Although the job we selected Brannick and associates to do was admittedly, a small one – - it involved the cleaning and repainting of our front porch and the concrete steps leading up to the porch, which had been damaged by the delivery of a leaking can of primer paint that we had ordered – – it was treated seriously by Patrick. He was professional and very knowledgeable in determining the treatment of the damage and the paint which would be needed. He even helped with the color selection which, once applied, even delighted my wife, whom, as an artist, is sometimes difficult to please. The painters who did the job were very friendly and outstandingly proficient. In short, we feel that we have found the company we will use for all of our future painting needs.

I was impressed with the owner Patrick Brannick on my very first interaction with him. He came across with supreme expertise of colors and how to accomplish the job in a very efficient timeline. I made several calls to him about questions and he was quick with the answer exhibiting his breath of knowledge. Patrick made sure that I was happy with my selections and the application of this project. I have been thinking about painting my kitchen for quite some time, and have had several quotes before I chose this company, boy am I glad I did! The work was stellar, the price was right and they even installed all the new hardware that I purchased, believe me it was a lot. Thank you and your team Patrick. I highly recommend this company!

Made the impossible possible. I had a quick turnaround project: to paint my new apartment before I moved in. Within four days, Patrick and his team inspected the property, drafted a quote, ordered supplies, and FINISHED IT. I also wanted each room painted a different color and Patrick made sure, even day of, that I was totally sold on my choices before confirming. The apartment looks amazing, I am so happy. There is not a single flaw in the job. And Patrick’s guys showed up when they said, and made sure it worked with my schedule. Could not recommend this group enough. The BEST.

Brannick Painting just finished a complete exterior repaint of our house in El Cerrito, including staining our deck. Patrick and his team were wonderful to work with. Patrick helped us with color selection, painting large sheets of posterboard with several colors we considered, so we could hold them up to the house in different lighting to see how they would look when finished. we have heard from others that they had small swatches painted on their house and Patrick’s approach is so much more helpful. Patrick is also extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of preparation and painting. We have an old stucco house that needed a lot of detailed preparation. His crew is very experienced, and they did an excellent job repairing and preparing all of the cracks and blemishes on our house. We are very happy with the final product. We have used Brannick & Associates for two different properties including for a condo building in SF at least 10 times for both interior and exterior painting over the past 10-15 years. Patrick is the owner and has exceptional integrity and commitment to using the highest quality paint and materials and maximizing the life of his painting work. His painting crews are super personable and professional, clean up thoroughly and are very detail attentive. Our condo building in SF is a really challenging given it is 100+ years old and was built before the building code required plastic sheeting (vapor barriers) inside the siding. But it is not cost effective to replace the old growth redwood siding so we have to maintain and patch cracks on each side of the building every other year to maximally waterproof the building. Brannick & Associates was the only painter willing to do this maintenance work along with our periodic painting of each side of our 6 unit building. Fantastic company!!

We had a horrible experience with this company. Patrick, the owner, was extremely difficult to work with and wasvery rude and dismissive. When he first initially came to bid this job, he only looked at our downstairs. He gave us a bid on the whole house based on his quick walk-through we accepted this bid at the time. He then came back and said that he had underbid the job, because he didn?t go upstairs and would need to add more money to our bill. His men made several mistakes. They they painted one of our doors only halfway and it needed to be repaired, they left a giant mess both upstairs and downstairs, and they decided to leave their entire painting kit and tools in the middle of our living room overnight. When Patrick came to see the mistakes that they made, he basically insinuated that we were not telling the truth, and was extremely rude and dismissive.However, he must?ve known that his men and he made several mistakes as he fagreed to keep the price at the original contract.

Patrick and his crew did a beautiful job painting our 1912 cedar shingle house. The shingles had years of old chipping paint and plenty of sun damage and they spent tons of time carefully prepping the surface, sanding, patching, and more, then coating with tinted primer and finally high quality paint. The house looks beautiful and even more importantly it is going to last longer with their thorough work. Patrick also gave good guidance on color scheme based on years of experience which we melded with our vision and landed on a combination that worked really well. Highly recommend due to the careful quality work they did on a house with lots of challenges.

Patrick and his crew did a great job on our house. They started the job right doing a lot of prep work to ensure that the paint would last a long time. The crew working were meticulous, cleaned up carefully at the end of every day, and respectful. Neighbors commented about what a great job the crew were doing and how good the work looked. The final product looks great, and Patrick provided some good advice around color scheme to really make the most of the work being done.

Patrick and his crew were outstanding. He helped me select my paint colors and combination. The project required a lot of hard work. They used scaffolds on both sides because it’s three stories. The house now looks classic, and elegant . Vast improvement. His crew were on time, neat, professional, and thoughtful about accommodating my puppy. Their painting skills were extraordinary. Patrick even made it a point to tell me to call him later, in two days, two weeks, whatever, if I saw things that needed touching up.
