The service was perfect. I have used him in the past for previous work. He is honest, hard working, and very reliable. He comes with my highest recommendation.

They are prompt, reliable and professional. They have found units in my rental properties that the home owner's association had plugged electricity to. In the end, he ended up pulling all the conduit into my house.

The electrician is wonderful. The problem with him is that he seems to be really busy. Usually he comes by after two or three weeks. He tells you that it is going to be a couple of weeks, but I suspect it is because he is so good. His prices seem to be competitive. His name is Dan Brasier. Every time we have been very satisfied with the work he has done. It's not really inexpensive. I think his prices are for what's involved. I have done this kind of work myself and so I have an idea of how difficult it is. Frankly, I thought his work was very reasonably priced. He came out here just a month ago to look at doing more work running some TV cable connections. In that instance I didn't have him do it because his quote was more than we wanted to pay. It wasn't that I thought it was unduly high. I knew that the work that he had to do to do what we wanted done was going to be expensive. He didn't charge for the estimate. He is very good. He is excellent. He does the work. He is very efficient. He cleans up. He had another guy working with him. I think he is efficient. This is relatively a 4000 plus square foot house so there are a lot of electrical outlets. When the house was being built, it turned out that he had a helper that incorrectly wired a couple of outlets. It wasn't a problem, but he himself had to come back and correct it. Of course he didn't charge us anything for that. I am really hesitant to down him because of that but maybe it's a case where he didn't realize this guy wasn't quite as experienced or he didn't supervise him as closely as he should have. All the subsequent work has been very good. I think it was an honest error on the part of his helper.
