What we specialize in is, Asphalt Paving: where we run asphalt through a spreader for a fresh driveway, or an overlay ( fresh asphalt over the old driveway or lot) then compacted with a vibrating roller or use a walk behind compacted for the areas that are hard to get to. Driveway and Lot repairs: which is mostly done by hand unless patchwork or overlay is needed. Seal coating and Crack repairs: seal coats is sealer that goes over the the asphalt as an upkeep when blacktop starts to loose its color, fill small cracks, and seal the asphalt to prevent water from seeping into the asphalt to make a lasting finish to the driveway or lots. Crack repairs are filled with crack filler to help prevent further damage and cracking and always recommend getting a seal coat after completion. Striping: this is for parking spaces in lots that need new paint jobs that requires touch ups or new parking spaces, handicaps, fire lanes, arrows and more.
