Brasseurs Animal Removal

I knew I had an issue with a raccoon and where it was trying to enter the house. I found Brasseurs through Angi. Chris called me within an hour and came out early that afternoon. He surveyed the perimeter of my house and determined the raccoon was climbing a downspout. He went in the attic and fortunately found no signs of entry. He set a trap near the downspout and caught the raccoon when it turned. I'm very pleased with his thoroughness and professionalism. I'd hire him again, but hope I don't have to.

Excellent. Chris Brasseurs called me within 5 minutes of submitting my need for wild animal removal. Within an hour he brought a cage out to my location and came out the following morning to remove the animal. Thankfully all went very smoothly.

We have worked with Chris before and he was great! We had a squirrel in our fireplace and when I called, he said he’d come to our house the same day within 2 hours. He did. He also called with updates on when he would be arriving. He removed the squirrel humanely and replaced the cap on our chimney which was too big leaving space for animals to squeeze through. When he was on the roof, he took pictures to show how the new cap was put on. Later, when we discovered that we didn’t have one but two squirrels in chimney and one was still there, Chris came back when we called, free of charge, and removed that one too. He is very responsive and just a nice guy.

They did a great job. They are very kind. They went over to help me and gave me tips that are really helpful.

Chris was quick to respond. He assessed the issue and was very knowledgeable. The trap worked and he was quick to remove and relocate.

I heard animal noises in the attic on the start of a holiday weekend. Chris immediately responded, came out and handled a challenging area of my roof to make sure the animals did not get back in and set a trap as well. The level of service was appreciated and impressive.

Chris did a great job! First, he responded to our request immediately and when we told him our problem, he said he’d take care of us the following day. He was prompt, polite and respectful of our property. He also humanely removed the squirrel from our fireplace and said he’d release him into his own backyard. In addition, when he inspected our chimney, he acknowledged that the job needed more than he could do, explained why and suggested we contact a chimney service. The price was also reasonable. We would definitely hire him again and I would recommend him to my neighbors.

Everything went very well. I was nervous about having an animal in my home until help arrived. Service was very professional and I no longer have any animal issues!

Everything went well. Communication was good, when running late, they called to inform me, and told me when they would be there. Price was reasonable.

Chris came out within an hour of contact, and stayed fully committed to solving our problem for days. We had two squirrels in the basement and needed removal. Chris exhibited great patience and kindness in his handing of the squirrels. He was very communicative and clear in his instruction as to how to keep them from returning. The first squirrel was trapped pretty quickly and Chris rushed over to take care of him. The second squirrel was trapped on a Sunday while Chris was at a personal event, but in the interest of the squirrel not panicking in the cage for too long, he left and rushed over here to take care of the little guy. We felt like his only customers and his top priority throughout the process. His focus on humanely handling the animals and educating his customers were outstanding and we would highly recommend and call him again.

Chris came on time and explained his plan. He can back regularly as promised to recheck and to retreat as needed. He took care of our problem.

Chris removed a mother oppossum and one baby from our basement on Sunday July 14th, 2019 in Grosse Pointe Woods. Chris was very professional, down to earth, empathetic with homeowner and animal. Highly recommend his services!

It did not go well. I told them I did not want them to put poison in my house so he put a cage in the attic. I wished I said no to the cage. I paid him $250 and I ended up with no results. I wanted them to spray the attic with poison but he told me I needed to fix things to prevent them from coming in. I would not use them again.

Chris and Dillian were beyond professional.Dillian got on the roof and Chris cleaned all the droppings in the attics.Nice guys.Havent seen any bats since.

I had a raccoon in the attic. I got in touch with Brasseur's Animal Removal and Chris came out immediately. He was able trap the raccoon, repair my side vent very quickly. Chris was extremely professional and kind and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Chris.

This company is absolutely criminal. They were hired to remove a mother raccoon and her babies that decided to take up residence in my chimney just above my fireplace. Instead of trying to trap or hand remove them, he started a giant fire. The mom escaped, but her babies did not. They died and he left them in my chimney. I had to remove them myself the next day. He also lied about how much it would be for his services, saying it woudl be $125 then surprised me with a $50 charge for being "out of area". He got my location over the phone and did not mention the additional charge at all. I am only about 20 miles away. Anyways, when I asked him why he chose this method to remove the animals, he said it was the only way. WRONG. Its illegal in Michigan to use smoke or fire to remove animals. Do NOT hire this company. Not only will they not provide the service they (over) charge for, they wont be able to provide you a receipt with a price breakdown, and will insist that murdering wildlife is humane.

Raccoon was removed from attic, droppings were removed, and possible entry points were covered with wire screen. Communication regarding appointment and arrival times was excellent. Trap was left after raccoon was removed to insure that there were no more animals in attic before sealing entry/exit points. Chris was very professional in the work he did, and the total cost was very reasonable.
