They came right out looked at the damage provided me a quote back in timely manner and came right out and did the work. After a resent storm I had one small area that leaked again and I called Braun and with no questions asked they came back out and reworked the area of concern all covered by their great warranty. So to Skeeter Braun, Matt Demel and all the great folks at Braun Roofing thank you for a job well done!

Very smoothly. Matt came out to inspect the roof and quickly sent me an estimate. I got 2 other quotes to compare prices and Brauns was the best price and the best guarantee on labor. This process was very prompt and easy especially compared to the other repairs that I still need done on my house. I highly recommend you call Brauns if you need any roofing work done.

Did a very good job. They were the least expensive quote and the work was completed for the amount quoted. Other roofing companies had suggested there was storm damage from hail and wind, but Braun's did not. One of the other companies showed us pictures of the purported damage on the previously replaced section, but when the insurance adjuster examined the roof they did not find any damage. As a result we decided to go with Braun's and were very satisfied with the work performed.

The cost was covered by insurance. They were very busy back then that is why I gave them a C on responsiveness, it took a while. When they finally showed up, they were here. We called and they took a while to get out and give us an estimate. They took a while to get out and do the repair. They were supposed to the same color back up that was on there but they put a different color on there. Our Home Owners Association called and said,'You have a wrong color roof.' And I said, 'Well am not taking it off.' So, they have to put a different color up there next time. Shame on them for doing the wrong color.That is why they get a B. Home Owners wasn't happy. I don't care, I got roof.

After the new roof was installed, the project manager said that maintenance should not be necessary for at least 5 years but if there were any issues, to call and they'd promptly return to resolve. Well, we had some water in our attics after 2 separate storms after so far, they have failed to return to check out the issues or even return my calls. It's been over a month. I feel like they got their money and now they won't back up their work. <br />

Originally I called Petersen Dean. The person who did the sales job came out and gave me an estimate. I accepted it on the spot. $5500, $1500 more than other companies, but I took it since he put it in writing that he?d start it next week and I'd had trouble getting anyone to schedule. Then he asked if they could do it through Braun's, another roofing company. I said that was fine as long as they took a credit card. They came out and did the work, but they didn?t clean up, so I had to harass them for about a month to get them to clean up. They dumped shingles into my flowerbed and dumped a pallet on top of my rosebushes, which I have pictures of. I also had a hard time for about a week, getting them to put the dishes and antennas back on the roof, which had been in writing. <br /> <br /> The job they did was quality, but they don?t clean up. Peterson Bean ended up firing the guy. I did like the contractor - he was a very agreeable person to talk to ? but they were flakes. <br />

Braun has a scheduling problem with the actual workers arriving at all and then not responding within a reasonable time frame.  This complete replacement of the air hawk and sealing was done March and has been leaking.  The office never has sent a receipt or warranty, even though I have contacted them several times.  As of October 7, it is still leaking and the damage in the bedroom ceiling is 3 times worse than BEFORE they replaced the air hawk.  I waited 3 hours October 7 for a repair person and had to return to work.  Still no one has come.  Now I have a lot of sheet rock ceiling damage versus a minor repair. <br />

Roofers showed up on time and began work immediately.  I live in the windstorm area the roof was installed per the state windstorm requirements.  Skeeter Braun explained to me the state requirements regarding windstorm protection.  The state approved inspector was on the job site the day of installation and again the next day for the final inspection.  I would definitely use this company again. <br />

This is a shady company, roof was leaking around chimney and another spot. They never fixed. Due to a storm, they said it voided warranty. Lousy customer service.

It took forever to get them to come out so I didn’t like that. The shingles did not look very neat. They weren’t straight put on. It was just on the edge so you could tell that they haven’t been worked on. When I called them to ask if they could come back out to look at it, it was nothing but excuses about why they could and couldn’t come out and that kind of thing so I just gave up.

After the re-roofing, my roof continued to leak.  I called at least 5 or 6 times during a 12 month period (not alot of rain) to come out and find the leak.  If anyone came out to check, I was never notified in any way.  After the warrenty ran out, I was informed by two different people (one a home inspector, one a contractor) that the planking under the shingles had never been replaced.  After the contractor replaced the planking and re-used the singles, I haven't had a problem.

They were on time.  They did the job in the two days that they said it would take.  They cleaned up after themselves.  They were very pleasant to work with.  They were competitive in terms of price.

It was a good experience. They were fast, professional, and they did a good job.

August 2006: Home roof replacement/upgrade for ~ $17,000, with 5 year warranty on Labor and 12 year warranty on materials.After not the best original built-up roof, and terrible re-roofing after storm damage experiences; we contracted with Braun's Roofing for removing a gravel built up roof and installing a thermo-plastic membrane, TPM, roof on our residence in August 2006.  This is an extremely energy efficient roof which has been used on low slope commercial roofs for 25 years and Braun's roofing applied it to our home.  In 2010, several months after a hurricane, we noticed an edge trim membrane panel had come loose.  Braun's roofing came, reattached that panel and made some minor repairs in 2010.  They subsequently returned in early 2011 and went over the complete roof and re-welded, or verified, that the roof was in an as installed configuration for no charge.We are extremely happy with the roof and all the work which Braun's Roofing has performed and their responsiveness in a community high work load period

We were very disappointed. The process started off with a very unprofessional sales person/estimator. We probably should have changed contractors, but because the storm had everyone back logged, we stayed with them. Failure to keep accurate information, even as important as our address, hampered delivery of materials and the filing of proper work permits. Unfortunately, once the work began we realized that there was also a real lack of supervisory effort on the work site. On the morning of day one, we had to awake the supervisor in his truck. When we asked that they protect certain areas from the discarding of the old roofing material, they really did not respond adequately. Because of inclement weather the job lasted for 5 days. However, during the first 4 days, they made very little effort to keep the work site clean. Trash and debris was everywhere. In fact we had to gather trash from our neighbors yards at the end of the work days. Even today we are still finding debris in our shrubbery. Finally, they have failed to follow up with the agreed 'third party' inspection, even though the work completed over two weeks ago.

The shingles were delivered the day before the work was scheduled. The crew arrived at 8:15 AM on the scheduled day. The shingles were hand-nailed with 6 nails per shingle, as I had requested (nail guns sometimes crack the shingles if the wrong power setting is used.) The job took 2 1/2 days to complete, and I am very happy with the quality of the work. The windstorm inspector said, "You have a very good roof."

I did not have any problems. They are very skilled, and very good. They had enough men there to do it in one day. They dropped the materials off the day before. They got here a little before 7:010am and worked the whole day until they were done. They cleaned up well.

When I was on vacation last week, the person who was watching my house let me know that the roof was leaking, again, in the same locations pre-repair. I called Braun s on Wed., Dec. 10th and was told that John had been fired (for doing inappropriate things on the job ) and that somebody else would call me back. No one did. So I called again on Thurs. Dec. 11th, and I was put in touch with a man named Brian. Brian said he would look at my roof and call me back. He did not. I called again on Monday, Dec. 15th to schedule an exact time for his look , and I expressed my desire to accompany him during his visit so I could understand his plans for re-repair. During that call, Brian couldn t give me a specific day or time to meet. I explained that, when John made his repairs , he had also removed the roof s protective tarp. So, currently, my roof has no tarp... and still no scheduled time for repairs, much less a look to see what s going wrong. They keep saying they'll take care of things, but nobody will call me back. Every day that goes by puts my home at more risk for damage. I faxed a letter to Braun's on Monday (12/15) explaining things -- again -- and asking for repairs to be scheduled. Asking if someone could please call me back. I've heard nothing.

Did a good job and roof looks great.

Good, we called and asked for a quote. Their guys showed up on time, seemed professional, gave a quote on the spot. Their price was competitive based on other quotes that we got. We called a few days later, told them to go ahead, and they gave us a schedule. They showed up when they said they would, got the job done the first day.

Rusty returned my call quickly and came around to give an estimate for my roof. His prices were very reasonable, and he explained the different grades of shingles and their warranties. The roofing job was scheduled as soon as the shingles were available, and Rusty and his crew were right on time. They did everything without being prodded, and they did a great job. They cleaned up all the mess, hauled off the old shingles and left the yard in great shape.

Braun's Roofing Company has always done a good job for me and I have used them in the past a few times. Now they are too far away from my new home so I hired someone else that was closer. Other than that, I would have used them again. They always cleaned up everything and made my roof look nice. For the last job they did for me, they replaced the roof on my entire house.
