Excellent work! They were able to customize our shower exactly how I wanted and very flexible on pivoting with a last minute change. Our shower came out modern and beautiful- just as we wanted! Would highly recommend.

We were so impressed with Brazell Builders and their professionalism. The men working on our project arrived on time , didn?t leave for the day without cleaning up the area and surrounding area to our project and did whatever we ask of them They were polite beyond words to us and our family members. They finished the project on time and on budget which we truly appreciated!!! What really stood out to us was how Justin ( owner) came to us with answers to unforeseen structural problems and always keeping a strong attention to our budget.

Justin and his team did an exceptional job, on budget, communicated well and consistently with the whole family. Justin has a passion for construction and an alacrity of skill that only comes from decades of refinement. All of his sub contractors were clean, communicative and had been working with Justin for many many years. They all had glowing opinions of Justin, his attention to detail and pride in the quality of work he and his team produce.

Absolutely outstanding experience. I would hire Brazell Builders again for any project that I have. They handled themselves like the professionals that they are; even when we had several delivery damage problems with the shower insert that were the manufacturers fault. They dealt with the problems like the pros that they are. We love our new bathroom. They did an awesome job and were a pleasure to work with.

It went well, the house is old, and the work can be difficult to complete, but they did a very good job.

Justin made sure we had the bathroom we desired. He took the time to meet with us when picking out countertops and fixtures. His crew took the time to make sure all facets of the job were done correctly. Justin is very personable and we trusted his judgement at every step.

Excellent work. Re-did the entire bathroom, including the sub-floor. Enlarged the shower, took out the vanity, replaced with pedestal sink in different spot, with new custom cabinet in the place of the vanity. Looks great. Even added instant hot water. Love it!

We were extremely pleased to work with Justin Brazell of Brazell Builders to increase our kitchen cabinet space and replace our Formica countertops with quartz and add a backsplash. The job was done perfectly, quickly and under budget. Justin Brazell was the best contractor we have worked with in four remodels of our house. He went out of his way to help us, including going to several stores with us to pick out our countertop and backsplash material. Whenever we contacted him, he was immediately available and responsive. Any problems that came up, he resolved quickly. We highly recommend hiring Brazell Builders.

Justin was amazing from start to finish. I worked with a designer and ordered some tile initially. Somehow she ordered the wrong color, I had no idea what I was looking at when it arrived. Justin immediately saw that it wasn’t my vision, took care of the return and reimbursement. Then he spent the whole afternoon and evening at Lowe’s in Santa Maria finding me exactly what I needed and bringing it to the site so the tile guy could get started the next day. He kept the whole project on schedule, and created a masterpiece. My bathroom is an amazing showroom Finish. Justin did an amazing job of customizing a pony wall to accommodate my weirdly placed window. He made it all come together beautifully. Justin and his team are honest, hard-working, and truly gifted builders. Justin was never phased by a change in my original plans. He embraced any changes I wanted to make, and made them better than they could’ve been on my own. He elevated my vision. Working with Justin and his crew was a pleasure. I would unquestionably hire again.

It was a true pleasure working with Justin and his crew! Justin is truly talented. His suggestions were just perfect for what I was looking for, from the counter tops to the paint colors, backsplash, cabinet hardware and new light fixtures. He turned a dark kitchen into a beautiful room full of light! One thing I was so impressed with was how they meticulously cleaned up each day. And we were never inconvenienced by the construction. His prices were more than reasonable and we stayed in our budget for our original quote. We are very satisfied with his work and will definitely hire him in the future.

Excellent! Justin Brazell always follows through. He answers the phone or calls you right back. He does what he says he’s going to do. He has excellent quality and fair prices. I plan to do a bathroom remodel next year and Justin will be my first call when I’m ready to start.

Extremely well! The workmen showed up on time and were professional and courteous. They worked hard all day and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. My newly remodeled bathroom looks gorgeous!! I would most definitely hire them again!!

This was a fantastic experience. Justin was the perfect contractor for our job. We did an extensive remodel of our master bathroom. Communication, very important, was frequent and to point. The work by his crew was exceptional, from demo to finish. Would we recommend? Yes. In fact we are planning our next project with Brazelle Builders right now.

We talked to three kitchen designers and Justin was the only one that came in to listen to what we wanted. The other two talked about what they could do before knowing our needs. Justin was also the only kitchen designer who was ready to jump right in and take measurements. This was a clear sign of how detailed oriented Justin is. Within days Justin gave us a complete kitchen design and said no charge, he's not really a designer but a builder. We paid a kitchen designer to review the design and they said they wouldn't change a thing. Justin is a great designer, a great project manager, and a hands on worker with his crew. He works incredible hard to control cost and meet the schedule. We highly recommend Brazell Builders to all. We are very satisfied with Justin's work.
