Shelby Vernor replaced a worn out gasket to stop the water from leaking around the toilet. He and his helper were very professional and cleaned the bathroom floor. I would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. I will certainly use them in the future.

He’s a decent, honest guy who checked my kitchen sink leak. He’ll be back to reinstall the garbage disposal and pipes after the sink is replaced. Highly recommend!

Shelby and Oscar did an excellent job. We received a diagnosis, a price and a date of completion. They removed damaged equipment and installed new equipment. The old pipes and other debris was removed and a new faucet and vanity was installed.
We recommend this company because they were professional, timely and the work was done well.

The project never went because the company had to cancel my appointment. Normally I'd be okay with that, but I gave 3 seperate days with at least 2 hour time windows that could work for me (even offered to look at different days if the times didn't work) but I was assured one of the times would work. What makes this even more intolerable is the plumber (who was already going to be 30 minutes after not leaving for my appointment until 12:20 (with a 10:30-12:30 window) canceled the appointment/ gave me notification at 12:50. The excuse was a prior personal commitment at 2pm. Fine, but what really pisses me off is why schedule appointments that day if you know you can't fulfill them? Then you can't even offer another person to come out and address the issue after the customer has already been waiting all day? Absolutely piss poor scheduling and customer support. Not to mention an incredible waste of time for the customer, who now has to do this entire process all over again.

Showed up early. Stayed 2 hours explaining and listening to our questions. 2 days later showed up on time with a crew and spent the day removing and installing the new tankless water heater
