Service was for a blocked dryer vent. My whole experience with this company was exemplary, from start to finish. After making my choice on the Angle website Chris, the owner, contacted me within 5 minutes. I explained in detail what the problem was and Chris offered to make a service call the same day. He arrived at my house one hour later. He went to work immediately, checking the roof vent and the inside ductwork. He quickly located the problems and cleared the causes of the blockage and restored the complete vent system to perfect working condition. The charge was very reasonable. Throughout his visit I found Chris to be very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend him with a 5 star rating to everyone needing this type of service.

Breathe Easy did an awesome job. I hadn't had my dryer vent cleaned in a number of years.....my bad. The time was taken to do an expert job of cleaning the dryer vent, replacing the ducting from the dryer to the vent itself and cleaned out the lint filter in my dryer itself. I was very impressed and will definitely use them again in a year! Cudos to Breathe Easy Air Duct Cleaning service.

The contractor did not do the job that was promised in full, although he also promised that he would return, he made many excuses and never did. Ultimately he wrote me stating -You made the mistake to make it personal and you will not get any money back unless you apologize- After trying again he agreed to give me my money back in full but only if I signed a letter stating he did nothing wrong, he also would not give me my money back until he had the letter in his hand. I am still stuck with the initial problem and I am out $800.

"Ms Kunis, Your coil and blower wheel were cleaned. Your ducts were loaded with nicotine. We tried to clean them. They need to be encapsulated or replaced. You have a number of cats. Cat hair sticks to nicotine. You are mad because you think we stalled you. That was untrue. I offered you a refund and asked you to write down what we did do at your home. You refused to acknowledge the work we completed. You didn't allow us to come back and inspect your complaint. Coil clean, Blower wheel clean, Sanitizing, Restoring your vents, purchasing your new filters? 8 hours of work and 1/2star really?That is brutal."

In speaking with Cris during my initial estimate inspection, he did some inspection on areas that other companies never mentioned. He was very through and showed me the areas causing my dirty vents. His estimate was very fair and the work was done on time and every Vent in the house was taken down and cleaned. He did a couple of thing as an extra service and at all times explained why he was doing something. He was very clean in his work and left my home cleaner than when he started. After seeing his work and attitude toward his customer, Cris is the only company that will do my work. If needed I highly recommend Breathe Easy for all youâ  re A/C needs. He is a pleasure to work with.
