"We are very sorry that there was an issue, I wish this would have been brought to my attention much sooner than a year-and-a-half later. I was certain that we had picked up any debris, I always double-check that we clean everything up I'm not sure what happened, this job looks like it was done back in 2016 it is now 2018 so I don't understand why a review is being left on this now! We do give you a 90 day warranty on our cleaning service to guarantee our work in case of any problems that you have prior to leaving us a review."

Service was fast and thorough. Friendly service, and I wasn't pressured for any additional services. The price of $175 included the full chimney sweep plus he cleaned out he inside of my fireplace and inspected the top of the chimney as well.

They called in advance of their arrival and were prompt and business like. Breathe Fresh did not charge for extras like pictures of the chimney condition and there was no trip charge.

I had two furnaces and about 35-40 vents cleaned. They did show me several before and after pictures of the main vents. A nice improvement. They forgot to show me the debris collected, but nor did I ask. We both forgot. Several vent pads were not removed prior to leaving. I would use them again.

Disorganized! They kept calling me thinking I was the customer they spoke to the previous day. This happened 3 times. The last time I said,"Do you clean chimneys, because I need mine cleaned." Finally scheduled an appt. On the day of my 9 o'clock appt, they called at 9:20 to say they were on their way. During the conversation, he realized he didn't have keys to the van, so he would have to drive to Denver to get the keys resulting in an even later arrival time. I canceled and did not reschedule as I need to do business with a company who is organized enough to know who they are calling, show up on time and perform a useful service. After taking a day off work to have my chimney cleaned, they made a horrible first impression.

We had a little trouble with a phone being stolen and keys being placed in another van by mistake after a vehicle was serviced. I offered to still arive within my 1 hour window between 9 and 10! The tech was amazing, i lost my receipt and have reached out to the owner a few times to obtain one via email or fax and still haven't received it, and its been a few weeks. So don't loose your receipt! Otherwise amazing service, polite and no mess left behind! I would use them again!

"Thank you for your candid review however we do not believe this yields a one-star review we did the full cleaning, detail and inspection. Customer was unhappy because a small screen that was pushed into the top of the chimney, which easily fell out, landed unoticed in the backyard, we were called to come back and put it back in, which we were happy to do but due to the schedule conflicts, the customer was impatient and "resolved it themselves" voiding the 90 day warranty which we have in place to allow us time to fix such incidences."
