“Lil Mike along with his crew, Caleb and Jamal” did an EXCELLENT job at explaining everything in detail. They arrived on time and began working immediately. Sealing off the house, patching all entry points and changing out all metal flashing and vent mesh to galvanized steel took approximately 2 hours. You would have never known they were here, they cleaned up as if it was their personal homes. Price was less than other companies, but with much more work being done. Professionalism was beyond superb. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this service.

I had gotten a quote from Breda a couple of months ago for termite prevention/insurance. They gave me a contract then when I called them to say I wanted the service performed, they changed the contract the day before the treatment to exclude the crawl space since it is encapsulated. When I asked the workers about it, they said we may have crickets in the crawlspace. I asked whether crickets eat wood and they said they didn't think so and so I signed the contract. (FYI: I just researched online and apparently cave crickets do chew wood and can do damage.) The workers seemed nice but didn't wear any facemasks (not even when speaking with me at close range) which worries me during COVID. Also, I had to move everything away from the inside walls of my garage so they could treat it. It wouldn't have been a big deal except that no one told me about it beforehand so my kids and I were rushing to move boxes and furniture away from the walls in real time. I'm hoping that my experience going forward with them is better since I signed a 10-year termite control. Again, the workers themselves seemed nice, clean, and professional. It seems like they treated adequately from what I can tell. I just didn't like how the contract was revised at the last minute and their reluctance to tell me about the cricket issue.

The pest technicians do a wonderful job… It’s the management that needs work. If I could give absolutely NO stars I would. I wouldn’t recommend this company because there are many more pest control companies that actually care about their customers and workers and not just MAKING MONEY. Do yourself a favor and consider another company before you contact Breda Pest Management. When the supervisor, Chris Wallace says, “I don’t care if our customers catch the COVID-19 virus and die because that’s why we have insurance”, after a worker is told by a doctor to be tested and shouldn’t go into work until they get the results. That is stone cold proof that they do not put their customers first.

I have voles in my yard, they are forming tunnels under the lawn. I called Breda, and they recommended BurrowRX. This method kills pests with exhaust gas. I have no problem with the workers, they are nice, and they did their best. BurrowRX isn't effective, at least against voles.

It has been brought to my attention that it has to this point not been entirely effective. It seems like Voles are the most likely issue in your yard (not moles) and we may need to make an adjustment to when we treat. Voles are likely in their tunnels in the night time hours and until the Sun gets up mid morning, what I would propose we do is set up another appointment to come back out free of charge to treat the burrows again, first appointment of the day at 8:00 AM. This will give us the best opportunity to treat them in the tunnels before they leave them during the mid morning Sun. I called and left you a voicemail pertaining to this matter as well. Feel free to call back and ask for me at 770-466-6700 or a response here is perfectly fine as well, your choice. We would welcome the opportunity to learn more from servicing your yard and better our ability to control moles and voles for you and our other Breda clients. Michael Tabone & Hunter came out to the house right on time and did a fantastic job installing 24 gauge steel shielding behind all the gutter areas and inspecting cleaning, sanitizing and placing traps in the attic and around other locations in the house. They did this in a timely & professional manner. I would highly recommend this company for any pest control problems you are experiencing.

Excellent customer service. In July 2018, Breda crew came out on scheduled date and time, cleaned up and disinfected the bat and squirrel droppings, set traps and a bat net, and installed the metal flashing covering the construction gap around my entire roofline. Breda has come back out several times since to check traps, check the roof line, and check for any holes in ridge vents and soffit vents. I would highly recommend hiring Breda. Jason, Ryan, DJ, Taylor, Robert, Ralph, Jonathan, and the other crew members and office staff are easy to work with, answer all of your questions, and address all of your concerns. They are genuinely concerned and want to ensure the squirrels and other wildlife can not enter your home.

They’re great! They don’t give you a window of when they are going to show up, they tell you a time and they show up at that time. Usually, they send the same person every time too, cause they would know what you want. We have them quarterly, we use them for termites too.
