"Hi [Member Name Removed], We are glad that you we're very pleased with the service leading up to the refund issue. As mentioned to you over the phone, we have an employee that was unfortunately doing services without customer approval. He has since been let go. I never mentioned anything about the cash app being an issue. As I told you over the phone as well, I got your initial refund request and I immediately approved it. Square communicated with your bank and told you that I was challenging the refund which is not the case. When you wrote your initial one star review on Yelp, I immediately reached out to you to handle it and offered you complementary services to make up for what had happened. You declined each and every single one of them, including the filter replacement as well as a free dryer vent service which is a $225 service and you also refused a $250 voucher that would not expire. When I came out to your house to give you the $130 refund, you took the money and walked back into your house even though you knew I was there to make everything right. You made the decision to shut the door on me. Initially, you gave me two options to come out to your house to speak with you regarding everything that has transpired. You told me that the Tuesday that I came out there you would be busy with another contractor so I tried to come out on Thursday what you made available as well. You are extremely displeased with us and assumed I was being dishonest. Overall, you got the service that you paid for. Have a great day!"
"I'm so sorry to hear this happened to you. .. And I'm even more sorry that you think this was our company's doing. We absolutely never call our customers asking for more business, and never in a million years would we ever give out, or sell for that matter, our customers private information. We are absolutely certain that you are accusing the wrong company of this. We are a small business and the only person who contacts our current and active customers, is Camie my Office Manager - she would never do such a thing. I feel like this review is a public smear of my company's public relations and Ido not aappreciate this accusation. Please call my office at 626-399-9564 so we can prove to you this was not us. And if you could remove this terrible accusation it would be much appreciated. If you were able to speak to any of our thousands of customers, you would surely find that you are the only one who is saying these things about us. May I ask what leads you to believe this was my company? Please call, and please remove/edit your review. Also, we are interested in how our service was over-priced? We are very competitive and flexible in our pricing, so hearing that we are over-pricedis new inforinformation to us.
