Breezy Creek Landscaping & Construction

The project started with a picture from a magazine. Greg was able to take that idea and work it into a plan for our space, plus incorporating some other features we wanted. The results are 10 times better than the magazine! Workmanship is top notch. The paver patio is smooth and even, and the block wall and pergola perfect. Greg was responsive to any questions/concerns we had along the way, and we never had to wait long for a reply to a call. The crew was good about picking up before leaving. Completion took longer than we guessed it might, but material delays and bad weather were mostly to blame and couldn't be planned. The end result looks amazing! There will be minimal maintenance and maximum enjoyment of the space. And yes, we'd highly recommend Greg and Breezy Creek. The only problem is now the neighbors are envious.

Greg responded to every phone call and text that I sent him. Excellent in this area. The workmanship on the project was done carefully and correctly and the steps and walk way were well built. The cracked driveway was more of a problem than realized but the crew persevered and did an awesome job of putting in pavers about a foot wide across the driveway. The paver junction is perfectly smooth to drive over. Excellent in quality of work. The steps were built exactly to my request and I believe if I had given him more specific requirements that he would have made every effort to do as I asked. Excellent in this area. The design and building the walk and landing were more involved than he had anticipated and the landing became larger and more massive than originally planned and required more materials. The project went over the original estimate by 4% . He delayed starting the project by several weeks and he pulled his crew off to start another project before he completed my project so the walkway took several more weeks to finish than originally promised. He ran out of brick pavers and we had to go pick them up ourselves in order to have him finish the project, which he then did within a couple of days. The soft landscaping, shrubs, flowers, mulch etc was where I felt that he cut corners. This was the last thing that was done and I think he was anxious to get paid and move on. He cleaned up after himself and the work crew and left the property in good condition. My overall opinion is that he did excellent work and he is a nice guy to deal with. My dogs like the new walk way too. Yes, I can recommend him.

I do not hesitate to recommend Greg Ferguson for remodeling projects. The first thing I like about Greg is that he answers all phone calls or texts and shows up when he says he will. He was willing to change plans and try new techniques from what had been planned when problems came to light resulting from previous original building faults. Because it was such a large project in which the cost of many of the items could not be estimated in advance, his cost was for labor only. The project was finished within the time expected. During this project Greg was cognizant of costs, making suggestions that resulted in lower costs. His workers were always on time and I had no concern about them being in my house in terms of security. All were most courteous during this project and were a pleasure to work with. When other contractors whom I had contracted with before he agreed to do the work showed up to install countertops, sand floors, etc., Greg and his workers worked around their schedules and he was very supportive in making sure that their participation in our project was accommodated. In short, Greg is easy to work with and has a very high standard of craftsmanship. We have already asked Greg put us on his schedule to do some work on the outside of house!

Greg and his crew did some landscaping for us as well as put in some gutter pop up drains. He was there on the day he said he was coming and I am very pleased with him and his crew. They do not goof around they do the job and are easy to talk to. I am pleased with the work he did for me. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future and I plan on doing so.

Greg is extremely professional and easy to work with. Very reasonable and had our system in in less than a week. Have used him for other projects as well and will continue to use him. He steps up to the plate when others wouldn't do certain things. He has always made himself available and returns my calls when in the hour. I wish everyone we hired to do work was as honest and dependable as Greg. <br />

Greg was very professional throughout the entire process. When Greg arrived, we walked over the property and he told me exactly what equipment he would be installing to cover the areas we discussed. Within a week he installed the system and had it up and running within the time frame he described. I am 100 % satisfied with the system and would recommend using Greg to anyone seeking a lawn irrigation system.

I was very pleased with his service. He did a good job. He is very professional, he works for himself sometimes he gets a brother to help him if the job is big. He is just a good old southern boy. He is clean and nice.
