Both electricians/contractors were very professional and friendly. I showed them the room (aka a nursery with a vaulted ceiling) as well as the ceiling light replacement, and they immediately got to work. They finished in less than 30 minutes instead of the 1 hour I was told over the phone. They were honest and charged for half-hour.

Alfred was great. He came out, did the bid which was $500 less than another bid, then did the work in less than 3 hours. Alfred was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. He left the place clean and everything works as expected.

The work was completed as promised and under estimate. The work was excellent and they provided detailed explanations of every step to ensure we got what we needed. When one of the strips installed had two lights fail (manufacturing problem not theirs) they came back immediately to fix. Great crew, great price, and great company.

The house has been around a long time (more than 70 years) and was in need of electrical work. This demanded attentiveness to detail and ingenuity. Jim of Brennan Electric did all of this, and did so both economically and in a timely manner. He was resourceful, knowledgeable, and reassuring--a joy to work with.

The first visit took around 20 minutes. They identified the problem but did not have the replacement part with them. This visit charge was $164. I had to schedule another visit to replace the fan. They were schedule to be at my home between 8-9 AM. When I called at 9:20 AM they said that their scheduling system was not working correctly, so they came at noon. They replaced the Can. It took 20minutes. The charge was $241. In summary to fix a small problem I had to pay $ 404. Since the part cost less than $ 30 I believe I overpaid for this job.

The electrician was on time and called on his way.. Bobby was great at diagnosing the problem and explaining what had happened. He replaced an outlet and grounded the box of another outlet on the same circuit. He also looked over my breaker panel to make sure everything had strong connections and wasn't loose. He had multiple options for color for the outlet with him which was convenient. Overall, a highly positive experience. I give a B for price because it is expensive but I feel satisfied that I paid for quality.

The staff at Brennan Electric could not have been more accommodating; all were highly professional, prompt and well trained. Thanks to Eric and Zach for their upbeat attitude, wonderful attention to detail and suburb workmanship. We were pretty sure we were going to have to remove drywall on the inside to locate and replace the severed wire. Eric and Zac were able to fish wires down from the attic through the walls and tap into a power source which enabled them to route a wire around the severed wire. Great! They showed up on time and replaced the light fixtures with ones I had purchased. They hauled away all the packaging and old fixtures for me and left their work area clean.

fine, some confusion on the fans, I was told they only install the ones they carry, come to find out they just picked some up at Home Depot on the way to my house. So, not special ones they carry. I could have bought the same one or perhaps a better one.
