The sales job went well, and seemingly the roof replacement. But some things were done poorly. First noticed was all the trash left in the yard. But I'm mostly concerned with my gutters. We had really nice gutters, relatively new. Brennan-Fraser took them down while roofing, and did a really poor job putting them back. They don't drain right. They are falling off. The hangers were done by someone who doesn't understand how they work. And, now it is impossible to reach the company. The sales person (Brian Gillard) refuses to return phone calls, texts or email. And the address (415 N Perkins St Appleton, WI) is no longer used, so mail bounces.

Hired them without knowing they are basically a shell company using A long established company name that had a fantastic reputation in years gone by. These people are not the old Brennan and Fraser. They did bring in subcontracted teams to do the work. Talked the big talk about warrentee but after the job was completed we noticed some leaking 4 weeks after we paid them the big money and contacted multiple times over the past two months. We wanted them to come and look to see if they could determine why there was a leak were we never had one before. Brian failed to respond after calls and messages left. I would recommend if you are considering using this “company”, run like ****. A warranty is no good, totally useless if the contractor is not willing to respond to the customer to check out a concern. BUYER BEWARE!!!

No news is good news. They came installed 2 windows quick and efficiently and I was completely satisfied. <br />

Excellent. Installers were detailed and fast. Years later I had trouble with some of the windows and they replaced the glass immediately at no charge while under warranty and at cost of labor after 10 years.

Bill (owner) agreed to perform the repairs in a timely manner for and quot;time and materialand quot;. This agreement was made on approximately 7/12/2013. <br /> Several contacts took place over the next 4 weeks. Bill assured me that it would be done soon each contact and had also assured me they had all the material ready to start the job. I told Bill on several occasions that I needed to get the work done ASAP, he made a lot of promises but it took 4 weeks for anyone to come to the house. <br /> on 8/8/2013 an employee came to the house. He had not been provided a work list and was given the incorrect material. He had to do another inspection to determine what work needed to be done. He knew nothing about the scope of work that had been agreed upon. He performed another inspection (one of which had already been done by his boss) and then went to find the right shingles (which Bill had assured me were ready before the work began). This work was required only because Bill had not provided the employee with the proper information before the job and was duplication of work. Bill had been paid to perform this inspection. <br /> On 8/9/2013 the same employee showed up at the house. It is not know whether he did have a work description this time, however, it is known that he was at the house for about 2 hours and replaced no more than 12 shingles. Unfortunately I cannot tell if the entire agreed upon scope was performed. <br /> On 8/12/2013 I requested the invoice so I could pay. On 8/13 I received an invoice for $600 and quot;time and materialand quot; with no mention of any work being performed other than shingle replacement. I thought $600 for time and materials, 2 hours of work and a dozen shingles was steep. I requested an itemized invoice with a breakdown of the and quot;time and materials (based on what was done, time was 2 hours at $275 an hour and material was about $50). The invoice also had to address all agreed on tasks to appease the home buyer. Brennan Fraser has promised to deliver this but thus far has failed to do so. I believe it is more than fair, if being charged and quot;time and materialand quot; for a job, to get an invoice the reflects the time and material for the job. <br /> I will change this review when Brennan Fraser provides an invoice for time and materials that justify $600 for the work performed (2 hours worth) and states that the work performed was that which was agreed upon. It took them 4 weeks to respond to my need, so the lack of timely response will not change. <br />

They came here and they did a great job. It was completed on the same day. They were great. They did the job very well. They did not leave a mess. They took care of everything. The price was a little high. I don't know what a good price would be in relation to gutters.

We were very pleased with the entire experience. Bill Brennan came to the house to quote the window. He was able to take a measurement and give us a quote immediately. He then followed up by sending us a detailed quote in writing. After recieving 5 or 6 different quotes from different companies, we decided to go with Brennan Fraser. We called on the following Monday, Bill and the installer came out the following day to measure and reconfirm color choices. They told us they would order the window the next day, and it would take 4 weeks to get the window in, and then another couple of weeks to schedule the installation, but that it would be complete by May 10th. On April 2nd I got a call that the window was in, and they would like to install the following day. This was only about 2.5 weeks after ordering the window! We were really happy to have the window installed before Easter and way ahead of schedule. They said they would be here at 8am and they were very punctual. They thought it would take 3 days to complete and it was done in two days. The interior of the window looks fantastic. The exterior looks good too. The only concern we had was how the roof on the window was installed. The cuts on the J channel and shingles arent as crisp and clean as we would like, and there was a couple of pieces of flashing that were white, and installed on top of the shingles, and it just didnt look right. But my husband got some black spray paint and painted the flashing and it looks much better now. <br /> Overall we are very happy with the entire experience and they were very nice people. <br /> I would recommend them to others and will definately call them again if we need work done in the future. <br />

They were insulated windows and were not double hung windows. They were single hung, regular windows where the top and bottom opens up. They ran some specials. They were very professional. They brought over the displays to show me the different windows. They did the measurements. They had a person that actually comes and does the work. He came over. He double checked the measurements another time to make sure that he had the right measurements and because of the age of my house there was a possible wet paint. So, I actually had to leave the house for the day. They sealed everything off and made sure that there wasn't any lead in the house.

They provided excellent service. They came out right away for the estimate and had a crew out here later that week to do the work.
