Driss and his team were amazing. Great customer service and quick response times. Awesome communication skills and kept me aware of the process. Very professional and competitive rates. When I was told by an inspector that I had a wiring issue, Driss showed up to inspect the problem. Turns out the inspector was inaccurate and Driss fixed the issue for me complimentary. So grateful for his service.

I was having power surges intermittently in my house electrical panel. I called Brevard Power & Electric based on their good reviews. They thought this was potentially serious and should be looked into immediately and offered to come by right away even though they had several jobs already lined up. After doing a thorough examination of the electrical panel, they determined that it was in good condition and not the problem. They told me to call the power company since my equipment looked good. I called FPL and told them about the issue and that an electrician cleared my equipment of the cause. FPL came out and checked my panel and the wires all the way to the power pole and confirmed my equipment was not the problem. Since the problem was not associated with my equipment, they will be following up to resolve the issue in the coming days. I highly recommend Brevard Power & Light if you ever need a skilled and knowledgeable electrician.

Big shout out to Brevard Power & Electric. I called them with an electrical issue with my Mom's lift station and he went out of his way to get someone out within hours. I had already been going through this problem for a month and had two previous electricians come out and not fix the problem. He said we need to take care of Mom so let's do it today. I am extremely grateful, and problem is finally fixed!

The team was very efficient and prices were reasonable. Another company wanted to replace my breaker panel and rewire the house to resolve the issues I was having; these guys spent the time to diagnose and locate the problem and repair it for a modest price. They also hung fans and chandeliers and replaced a bathroom exhaust fan & light. I recommend them highly!

He referred me to a company that did the job right after fiat guy said he would be back with the correct part, cashed my $195.00 check never returning to do job right or install correct part then by installing the wrong part caused additional problem and expense for another company to do the job right

The job went well - arrived on time. The guys had to install junction boxes which were missing from the old fans. They removed the old fans, installed the new fans and balanced the blades. I’m very happy with the job.

Driss responded to my call and scheduled me for a visit.Driss said it was $50 a call. When he came 2 hrs earlier then what was scheduled, he flipped the main switch on and off and it was fixed. Driss refused to prorate the 5 minute visit and charged me $50 visit + $ 140 hr. Driss proceeded to inform he also twisted a few more wires. I’m a new home owner with a single income and I felt he gauged me for as much money as he could in a short period of time.

"We strive to always provide the best quality service. All of our technicians are highly skilled. For this type of service work we work on a straight hourly rate of $145.00 per hour and a $50.00 service call fee, making the minimum charge $190.00, as was explained to you when you called. When our technician arrived he spoke with you and heard your concerns and then returned to the vehicle to get his tools. He inspected the panel and found lose breakers in the panel, double taps in the panel and wires that were not joined properly. The technician tightened the breakers and properly connected the wires that were not joined together. Next the technician inspected the upstairs to confirm that all lighting circuits and outlets were working and before leaving the technician took the time to explain what needed to be done to correct the double taps. Your perception of time (5 minutes) is skewed. You shared your financial hardships with Driss and while we are sorry to hear of your financial difficulties we are glad that we were able to provide you with a highly skilled technician that was able to efficiently troubleshoot and correct your issues in a timely manner. You were asked to pay exactly what you were quoted. To suggest that you were price gouged is absurd."

Driss, he was the person that did the work. Of the two people that I talk to, he was the one that is very fair in pricing. He has his son with him who is helping him out, and they are working well together all throughout the work. He was a very nice person to deal with. Great! It was an emergency since the wire to the old heater was too short for the new water heater and the plumber didn't have the materials or expertise to run new cable. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise because the guys from Brevard Power & Electric discovered some code violations with the previous installation which they subsequently fixed. They were very courteous and professional I am pleased with the result. Thanks to them once again in fitting us in to their very busy schedule. I had called five other electrical contractors and only one besides Brevard Power & Electric returned my call. They then told me that they couldn't come out for another month! Brevard Power & Electric went above and beyond to help us get hot water restored in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Brevard Power & Electric.

I am over the moon with the work that Drew and his assistant performed. They were very attentive to what I wanted done, explained what they were doing in terms i could relate to and offered positive suggestions regarding items I wanted installed saving me time and money. They were very professional, personable and industrious, working tirelessly for about 5 hours, once the work was finished they checked everything to make sure it all worked to perfection and cleaned up the area completely. I love the results and will be using them again for future projects, Thanks Drew and son for a very positive experience and outcome, I'm loving it!!!
