If you are looking for superior service and skilled tradesmen using the highest quality materials, look no further. We are Certified installers for Azek decking and trim, and preferred installers for James Hardie products, known to be the highest quality materials in their markets. We are a small family business serving the Tri-state since 1977. General contractor for design-build on decks, additions, porches and total renovations. We are service oriented with a large client base of repeat customers, some 30+ years. We do not use sub-contractors, although we do have trade associates we recommend as needed. We provide free estimates and all pricing is bid per job. We offer a 7% discount for Angie's List members. Our company has 3 generations of skilled tradesmen with referrals accounting for a large portion of our business. We use only the highest quality materials and offer a 5 year warranty on workmanship for most services. My experience with them was wonderfull! They were always very patient and understanding and actually cared about building my dream exactly the way I wanted. They were very knowledgeable about codes and regulations and provided me with different ideas on how to accomplish my desires for my spa in accordance with the codes. They always answered my million questions in a friendly manner and never treated me like I was just another job order to get completed. They're a very trustworthy company that do excellent work at a competitive rate.

He is so efficient he informed me of the need for everything he put together. <br /> He and his crew were wonderful <br /> The first thing Tom did was a barn roof, I couldn't get anyone else to attempt it.  He has done  4 roofs since then for me all on different buildings. <br /> Next he and the crew retiled a very old bathroom with Delft tile.  It is perfect. <br /> He also replaced 3 wood porches with Azek T & G decking.  I have had so many compliments of the workmanship, nobody believes it is composite. They are beautiful. <br /> We live on a farm with a lot of out buildings I know I can call tom to do anything. <br /> I have recommended him to a lot of friends.

The Brewer crew takes the time to do the job better than it needs to be. They installed trim pieces and drip edges at the top and bottom of the paneling. The new deck is sturdier than the original and looks terrific.

Our new screened porch is sturdily built but stunningly attractive. Tom Brewer used Azek products for flooring and walls insuring there will be no moisture warping or rotting over the years. Brewer Roofing completed the porch in the allotted time. They were consistently professional and polite. Our back yard construction site was clean and organized. I highly recommend Brewer Roofing and Construction.
