All went well!! Maybe here a couple of hours? Nice guy, works with an apprentice. Good conversation while he worked. I'm a computer guy, so I helped with the wifi end of things, but he got the thermostats connected and running straight away. Absolutely no complaints and WILL be using him again in the future. <br />

I needed a service call last Saturday for my hot air furnace.I called and Shane came out soon afterwards. Even though the problem was not the furnace, he troubleshot the problem back to the breaker box and was able to come up with a solution that restored my heat. <br /> I have been using Brewster Burner Service for many years for my annual furnace service, as well as any issues I might encounter and have always been very pleased with their service at reasonable prices. <br />

Service person was great. Very efficient and very helpful with suggestions to maximize the life of the system. <br /> On a later call, response was great and my issue was solved without a service call. Good customer service!! <br /> <br />

He works on all furnaces and burners. I liked the fact I could contact the owner myself, he came out, worked on the burner himself, made suggestions about what to do in the future, was pretty good at laying out options on how to fix it, and gave me possible upgrade suggestions for the future. Punctuality was a problem with him.
