"Good evening. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the gate. As explained in our consultation, the specified gate would not be guaranteed due to the need for a new motor. You agreed to have the install without the new motor. You understood that the installation of the motor would be an additional charge."

B&R landscaping did a great job on my fence. Brandon “The owner” met with me 3 times to get my exact needs met. From first contact with him to fence being complete was 6 days. It was okay. It was very mediocre. The price was good. They told me that I would get a cedar fence, but they didn't get what they originally told us. They gave us a pine fence instead of cedar.
