Brian did a terrific job with the work requested. He arrived on time, was very thorough, and made sure the work was done to my satisfaction. He takes a lot of pride in his work, which was shown in the final result of the projects he completed. He was also very helpful on answering questions as well as providing advice on future projects. He was very reasonable on the project pricing and cleaned up after the work was done. I would both recommend Brian and definitely rehire for him for additional work in the future.

Excellent. Brian was able to establish a concrete base, remove existing rough cut bricks on a diagonal, replace them with spare bricks, extend the brickwork to the stucco and cut all pieces to appear seamless and original. Brian succeeded in doing exactly that. Finished product looks seamless and very professional. He is a master craftsman and it shows in his work.

Brian did an outstanding job of repairing my front bay window exterior wood frame and the shelf used for flower pots. The exterior wood frame was rotten due to subterranean termites. The shelf was rotten due to lawn sprinklers. Brian's work is very high quality and he is a master craftsman. The finished window frame is beautiful and the shelf was widened and replaced with synthetic wood. I will hire Brian again as he's a pleasure to do business with, his work is of the highest quality and he finished the job on schedule.

Brian built me a beautiful Patio cover. It came out beautiful. Brian was very professional and did beautiful work. Left everything clean and neat. There was a little leak a few months later when we had a lot of rain. He came back and fixed it. I would definitely hire him again.

We are extremely pleased with Brian Broderick's work. Brian is a very competent, friendly, efficient handyman. His bid was very reasonable. He was prompt; he arrived when he said he would and worked on the gate in the driveway. He re-attached the gate to the house and to the fence like it was no big deal. (Obviously for those of us incapable of such work, it was a miracle.) Brian was very nice, worked quickly, had excellent suggestions and is truly a master of all trades. We look forward to working with him again, as the list of "to-dos" has grown quite long. We highly recommend Brian's services. Two thumbs up!

I've hired Brian a few times over the years. The first time I had him replace some swollen particle board in my refrigerator nook. I then had him replace about 80 linear feet of siding on my guest house. Today he came and shaved off some material from a door that was no longer sitting square as the frame had shifted. I opted for the "cheap" fix as I didn't want the walls taken apart to have the door jam reset. He did a great job and no one will be the wiser. Brian always shows up on time and is repsonsible and professional. He has the right tools for the job at hand and has many years of experience. I highly recommend him for simple to complicated projects.

Although it took a bit longer than specified (whole day vs 4 hours), that was due to complications mostly out of Brian's hands. Work was done professionally, Brian communicated quickly, gave a realistic estimate, showed up on time and stayed late until job was done. Would definitely hire again!

Brian was superb, extremely talented and a very kind gentleman. He arrived on time, finished all tasks in a timely manner and worked very hard for 4 days. We will not hire anyone else as we consider him a member of the family! Our to do list is long, and we plan to see Brian in a week.

Brian is meticulous, a talented craftsman, punctual, pleasant, experienced and knowledgeable. We were totally satisfied with his work and will hire him again. He used a sketch that I did for a wet canvas drying rack and improved on it. He installed shelving that was perfectly fit in to place, constructed a base for pre-assembled metal cabinets to lift them off of the floor and braced them to the wall, meticulously. We have a 60 year old house, built on adobe. All our door frames are out of square and he replaced 2 of them perfectly. I am (admittedly) a persnickety designer and admire detail as well as function. He's GOOD.

Brian installed closet doors, a sliding barn door and a front door. He carefully assessed and quoted each job ahead of time, and was very clear with communicating exactly what needed to be done before he began. He was punctual and courteous, and did a fantastic job. I have already asked him to work on some more projects for my home renovations. Very happy with the work.

Great, Brian came and looked and took a sample of the paint to match. He returned and proceeded to patch the wall. We needed to wait for it to dry. He returned, finesses the plaster and painted the area. It looks great.

"This job ending up to be a real tuff job.I Had to also ending up striping the Two doors raised mouldings sqairs type it was in to bad of shape after sanding not ready to stain.Not what I was planning on striping the doors, it was not the right color after all that, she got a real good deal after all that. I did my best to make her happy but it did not work for that she wanted to be."

I am very, very happy with all the work Brian did for us. We supplied all materials, and while we did have our own tools, Brian came fully prepared with his own. He worked with us for approximately 8hours. I highly recommend Brian, with no reservations
