Was able to sell quickly and process was easy

Brian himself is so responsive to email, I sent him an email late night ang got his response first in the morning. He stopped by a day after (Thursday)with his marketplace predictions and a quick walk around of the property. Since we were in the chilling season along the 2022's ~9% inflation and high rates over 7%, he forecasted possible problems might come, hence he also introduced plans to approach the sale. His marketplace value of was exactly what I had predicted and what we closed our property for. Hence we signed papers, photographers came a couple of days later, and our property was on the market within a week (Thursday) with a very nice, complete and eye catching introduction. His team included Leah and Kristin. Kristin communicated promptly and late at nights and even on the weekends. Long story short, a couple of seeing in a the first day, and in the third day and 5th visit, we got an offer of we asked for. Closed and money wired to our bank by the end of month. I highly recommend him for sale, he is personally very calm and nice, truthful and professional, and has enough insights and back up plans to get the property sold!

My wife and I intended to interview 3 realtors before choosing someone to sell our home. We sent 3 inquiries and received a response from Brian within minutes. He presented us, not with promises or platitudes but factual, verifiable data, regarding his sales statistics, average days on the market, sale prices of his listing, number of homes sold, compared to averages in the area. When he left, my wife and I decided that we had found our realtor and cancelled the search. From that moment forward Brian and his team demonstrated why their sales numbers are so impressive. Brian and his team did a wonderful job selling our townhouse during the pandemic even though we never met face to face! We were both working primarily from our main home and handled everything over the phone and via email. Brian guided us through how to stage the townhouse to show best. Once it was on the market, we had three offers in three days. Brian helped us get the best price and told us what to expect based on his previous experience with the buyers' bank (he was right). Brian and Kristin answered all of our questions and were very prompt in their replies. We highly recommend Brian and his team. We found Brian through reading many reviews so we can honestly say that the reviews are very accurate.

I cannot recommend Brian and his team highly enough! I tend to think scores of A and F are overblown, but in this case it is a legitimate score. I reached out to Brian long before we even knew we were going to sell our house. We were considering renting it out instead. Even though I told him up front that we may not sell, Brian always answered my questions right away and never pushed me toward one decision or another. We ended up meeting with several realtors and property managers and Brian was a stand-out there as well. Other realtors suggested a massive overhaul/renovation to sell for more, or they suggested doing nothing and selling at a very low price. Brian's approach was more nuanced and focused on the net goal: Do what you need to get more, but take into account the law of diminishing returns. His professionalism is beyond reproach. He was there when we needed him and didn't bother us when we were busy or didn't have time. I would send late night emails and receive responses within 15 mins. I once requested a next-day early morning teleconference and he set it up. We asked A LOT of him and he did everything without comment or complaint. He carried everything out with a professional calm that really puts a person at ease. Another example of his dedication and attention to detail is when he did a walkthrough of our house. We took notes on what he was saying for each room and area, and when we asked him follow up questions a couple days later, he added more detail and specificity to our vague and ambiguous notes! We were especially impressed by that. His advice and counsel helped us prepare our house for sale and facilitated a simple move-out process. He gave us several contractors to choose from for the work we needed, and didn't push us to choose someone we weren't comfortable with. When we received an offer, he knew what the norms were and what to negotiate on. Had Brian not counseled us, we possibly would have accepted a lower amount or paid more costs to the buyer. As it was, however, we ended up negotiating and received the high-end of what we were hoping for. We were already across the country when we finally put the home up for sale, and he and his assistant Kristin made the whole paperwork process easy and painless. I really can't say enough to properly recommend Brian and his team. Re-reading everything that I just wrote, I realize it doesn't convey how much we appreciate his service. We were terrified and nervous about selling. We had never sold a house before, and a lot of money was at stake. He made everything easier and the outcome was as could as we could have possibly hoped.

Brian responded immediately or nearly immediately every time we contacted him. We tried to interview several realtors but he was one of the few who responded to us. He was smart, professional and was the only realtor who brought facts and figures to show us how he would sell our house and what services he felt were effective and which he felt wouldn’t provide his best service. Our house was to go on the market on May 1st but he managed to find a buyer and sell it prior to that date and we went to settlement on April 24th! I have sold 4 houses and this was the easiest sale I have ever experienced.

Brian and his team were very nice to work with. Efficient and effective. Everything was straight to the point, which we really liked. We made all of the fixes and staged our house based on his recommendations. The pictures of the house turned out great as well. Our house sold for over asking within the first weekend on the market. Brian is one of best agents I have dealt with. Period. I live outside of MD and Brian took care of everything - getting things fixed at the home by hiring a very good contractor, getting the home ready, cleaned and any and all off issues. During the winter, he shut off the water as the home was not occupied to keep the pipes from freezing. He is the best. If you are selling your home, hire Brian. He is sincere and honest.
