About us

I am retired with 35 years of municipal construction, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC maintenance and repair. I am interested in small jobs consisting of 1-3 days. I work with just my grandson and me to teach him various trades until he can take over. We often take on the smaller jobs that others will not take. Since we are not interested in full kitchen and bath remodels or extensive projects, we will not try to upsell you into anything extra that you don't need. To prevent any surprises, the maximum I will charge you is $250 without an estimate. We accept cash, check, VISA/MC/AMEX, PayPal, and Zelle.

Brian is truly a "jack of all trades." He has done numerous jobs for me including replacing the duct work in my basement and painting. I have also scheduled him to do some body work on my car. He can do it all!!
