Everything went well. This is the third time we've used Brian and our second bathroom project. Brian picked up the tile we selected and also suggested some options on installation styles to work with the space. He was very flexible to accommodate this smaller project in addition to his other jobs even when our schedule changed. He is not only punctual but completely accurate with the estimated time to completion as well as flexibility around other contractors. The work itself is excellent and the layout of the tiles in related to the space, the beveled cuts and the finished result were great. He's really personable as well. In the past, when we've replaced fixtures and doors, he's also been able to add to the original work without a problem. We will definitely be using him again.

It went great and we would highly recommend Brian. He came over when he said he was going to, he worked continuously until the job was done. He offered his opinion but was not pushy.
Brian was terrific. He was so easy to work with i'm trying to find another project so i can use him again. He ripped up crappy poorly installed vinyl, prepared the sub and laid ceramic tile and grouted. he suggested a different color grout than we picked out and he was 100% correct!! the color we picked would have been terrible. Also he couldnt save the existing shoe molding so went and bought it on his own and installed it so it looks nicer than the original work. Finished job right on time and it looks fantastic.

Brian did a great job. Very willing to work around my schedule. He even came back to finish the job when I ran out tile, free of charge. He was easy to work with, gave suggestions based upon his expertise, but left the ultimate decision up to me.

The work itself is great, I can’t see any problems whatsoever and my kitchen looks great.

Brian was polite, timely and trustworthy. His advice was for our benefit and not his. He was pleasant to have in our house in what can sometimes be an uncomfortable experience.
His work was spot on, he went above and beyond when necessary and always kept our needs and preferences in mind.
We will use him in the future for more projects.
I cannot say enough positive things about Brian. He is very experienced, professional, easy going, and prompt. Our bathrooms turned out beautifully. He listened to my ideas and indulged me showing him pictures on Pinterest. Brian has an eye for design and completely understood what we were looking for and came up with other creative suggestions we never would have thought of, like the direction the glass accent tile should go, installing a little shelf in the corner to prop your foot on for shaving, and offsetting the floor tile in thirds. He was also extremely patient and non-judgmental when I changed my mind about design elements. The best part was I could trust Brian to exercise his own judgment when I didn't know what to do. He was also very efficient, even working weekends, and showed up on the days he was supposed to. We will be using Brian for future projects.
Brian showed up to add tile on to a job he did previously two years earlier. Adding new doors in our home created gaps in the original floor installation. Fortunately Brian suggested we keep some tiles aside from the first work he did. Originally he did two entry ways, a laundry room floor and a full bathroom enclosure with a few different types of tile and custom work to incorporate a stone wall into the shower enclosure. That work turned out perfectly - every cut was mitred, every grout gap was consistent and we were very pleased with the result. Even a couple of years later the work has stood up to all the floor traffic, showers and daily use without a problem.
For the remodeling work, Brian showed up 8:00 AM on the dot cleared the space for the new tile, made the cuts in the replacement tiles and finished the job in about two hours. Brian also cleans up after the work which isn't as common.
Brian is pretty generous with his time and his experience; while he was out today we consulted him for the next bathroom renovation and discussed some options we were considering to get his opinion on the advantages and disadvantages of those choices and he was happy to share some ideas of cost and time to help us budget. Best of all he's actually fun to have around as he is quite personable. My family and I have enjoyed having him come back and whenever you have someone in your home it is nice to be comfortable during the experience. So aside from the quality of the work he's performed and the competitive pricing, he's punctual and a really nice guy with a good sense of humor who wants his customers to be happy with the results.
We will definitely use him again.
Brian was very prompt when I first contacted him. He was able to begin the job within just a few days. Brian Was very polite and generous. He is a very hard worker and even worked on a Saturday. Brian came up with some great ideas for my tile layout and did a phenomenal job!
A property that I recently purchased needed a complete re-do in the mechanical room, which had no place for water to go if the worst occurred. Another Angie’s List firm helped put together a plan that water proofed the floor by building the equivalent of a tiled shower floor with cement board, Red Guard, and porcelain tile. It included a new floor drain as well, which the room did not previously have. Because I was under a time constraint, the tile work was sub-contracted with Brian Geurts of Brian’s Whatever, LLC. I believe Brian used to be on the other company’s team and is now doing independent trim, ceramic tile, sheetrock, backsplash, bath, kitchen, and basement remodeling. He also apparently does the tradeshow display setups for a local tile company. I discovered that he has a lot of remodeling experience. Brian did a wonderful job waterproofing and tiling the mechanical room floor. He even created a hinged trap door in the tile floor that gives me access into the crawl space. He set it up so once I’m done with the remodeling project, I can add a bead of silicon to complete the waterproofing seal on the door access. He even volunteered to come out and do it himself if I need it. Brian was very professional and offered up ideas that I had not thought about. He even took a weekend of his own time to get the job done. You don’t see that everyday. His work looks great and he pays attention to the detail. Thanks, Brian.
