For over 20 years our company has dedicated extremely precise training to all of our employee's. With every job that we do, we keep two things in mind. Our two main goals. The first one being cutomer satisfaction! In all aspects we strive to make sure each and every customer is 120% satisfied! Starting with initial contact, all the way down to the final hand shake after the completion of the job. The second largest goal this company was built behind, is making the repairs seem as if they were never there. When we complete your job, we don't want any apparent signs that there has been a repair done. With the propriety Custom Mortar Match System our repairs are virtually impossible to spot. I really tried hard to make this situation work out! Not well from the beginning to end! No follow up to this date! Showed up late every day, team had multiple arguments and walking off project. Lack of appropriate materials, poor planning and execution. Cement work, matching of color has turned out terrible, retaining wall stone was not matching, cracks have continued to appear. Just looks terrible and with the cold weather it just gets worse. They just have gone missing and their warranty is worthless, their word is worthless and their skills are marginal. They owe me warranty, and some just plain common courtesy.

February of 2016 I hired Brick Maverick to fix 2 leaking chimneys. They came out twice and worked on them but no fix, they still leak just like before their work. I contacted them and they set up an appointment for 9-6-16 (I canceled a trip to be here) they never showed up or even called to let me know. Multiple promises since to come "fix" the chimneys with their usual, no call, no show. Like a fool I offered them extra money to fix them and still no show. They have a warranty that is not worth the paper it is written on. To keep more water from getting into my house I had to hire another company to fix my chimneys and just write off the $2200 I PAID Brick Maverick in February. I would not hire Brick Maverick personally if you really want anything fixed. Based on results that won't happen! While I was working with them last year they changed their name from B&M Restoration to Brick Maverick I am guessing to hide from previous complaints but I can't be sure of that.

They where on time ready to work. They knocked on my door and asked if I could walk around my residence with him to verify the repair contracted. The foreman noticed another crack that wasn't in the estimate. When asked how much fix the crack. HE SAID NO EXTRA CHARGE. They showed me the mortar match and I approved it. they did an excellent job of cleaning up. they did on last walk around the collected my check and left. Next masonary repair I have i am filling these guys

They removed the existing stone and cleaned the stone to reuse. They laid a 18"x18" concrete footer. They then rebuilt the stone wall using the existing stone and some additional new stones. They then gave it an acid wash for the final step. The wall is beautiful and built to last a life time.
