<p>Brick Preservation came highly recommended from a close family friend. They exceeded all expectations from the initial phone call to the completion of the work. 1 month after the job was completed I even received a follow up call to ensure that I was satisfied with the job.</p> <p>The work crew was led by James himself. It was completed 2 days prior to his original estimate and the cost was just under the original quote.</p> <p>The new mortar color and texture was a perfect match to the original from 1957. He was even able to reuse some of the original brick and match the replacement brick perfectly. </p> <p>The work was performed safely and the crew was very professional at all times while they were at my home. The work area was kept neat while the work was performed and was spotless when he finished. From the moment I met James I knew I had found a true professional. He took the time to explain what he and his team were going to do, when I could expect the job to be completed and gave a detailed written estimate. Excellent! James responded to my call quickly, walked me through each component of the estimate, and was extremely professional. He personally matched the color of the mortar used in the brickwork so that it matched the existing 1920's mortar perfectly, and cleaned/reused as much of the original brick on my wall re-build as possible (when other contractors were simply going to replace it with overpriced new brick). Exceptional service! Will definitely bring him back to finish my tuckpointing work when the money becomes available. <br />

Excellent workmanship <br />

I was very impressed by the professionalism and knowledge. My color match was perfect, you cannot even tell any work was done on my home. For the amount of work that was done to my home the price was excellent. My chimney, threshold, and all the mortar was repaired and replaced. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Brick Preservations to anyone that is looking to have brick work done on their home.

The entire job was stress free and turned out great. James and his team are true craftsmen. They go the extra mile every day to ensure their customers are satisfied and are in agreement with the work plan. From setup to clean up we truly had no concerns. James was able to procure period correct brick for our new porch and the build quality is superb. I have already recommended him to a number of my coworkers.
