Bridgeport Concrete Leveling LLC

Job was done on May 10, 2017. Took about an hour and a half. They were able to get steps back to almost level, but the patchwork done where the steps met the porch cracked within an hour after they left! Then I saw the side of the steps where they joined the porch and it looked awful! I contacted Todd immediately by phone, and he stated he would be back the next week to fix it! Todd never bothered to return at all, and I text him several times. I wil never use him again. I will try to post pictures from my iPhone so you can see what kind of job he did. I made the mistake of paying up front instead of half down!

To start with, Todd returned my call in an hour, which is amazing. He gave us an estimate for raising slabs to level the sidewalk that was reasonable, and far cheaper than we paid five years ago to get new concrete sidewalk poured. When I mentioned that we had also been told to remove stretches of moss on the sidewalk, he offered to power wash it for less than it would cost to have guys come and scrape it off. After the power wash, we needed a re-inspection before he could get the permit, and he kept in touch to follow up with us on that. As soon as that was settled, he got the permit and finished the work in one day. It looked perfect. Another amazing thing -- I don't pay for the job until after we pass the final inspection. Todd is exactly what you wish every contractor was like (but they aren't).

The Bridgeport crew came out on a Saturday three days after I called them because I needed the job done ASAP. These guys are top notch, they did a terrific job. I would highly recommend calling them if you need any concrete leveling before calling anyone else. Other companies that have a ton of marketing out there came and quoted an outrageous price for the same job. I'm very glad there are hard working contractors out there that do a great job for a fair price and put customer service first. A+++

Great! Bid included two pieces of work and only one was done at first, but they returned to the site and finished the job with no drama, timely, nice to deal with and very affordable (vs repouring the whole sidewalk). I'd hire them again.

Well. They injected cement underneath the adjoining section and raised it and then sanded the two edges to meet smoothly.

Well, they did a good job.

It went quickly and well. They did not ask for any additional payment although this return trip was unexpected.

Took care of in half day. Very satisfied.

Good. They fit this small job into their schedule so it was done fairly quickly.

Todd and his assistant were pleasant and professional. This process saved me thousands of dollars as opposed to removing and repouring a new driveway. Also there was minimal disruption as it took only a few hours. Be advised that it won't look like new as he does drill some holes in order to inject the "mud" under the slabs to raise them. These are filled but will be visible to a varying degrees, depending on the composition of your driveway.

Todd was great. He came and gave me a bid on the work about a year prior to me having it done. That year we decided to budget for other repairs on the house but when I called 1 year later to get a follow up bid he said he remembered the house and the original bid would still work. We set a date and Todd came out right on time. He leveled up the front porch and walkway until the ground gave way and he couldn't level it any further that day. The concrete was easily within 99% of where it should be but Todd wanted it perfect (Which I greatly appreciated). Todd said he would come back after we had some dry weather and complete the job. It took awhile (Oregon doesn't have a lot of dry weather in the spring time), but Todd called a few times to let us know we were still on the books and that he hadn't forgot about us. Todd came back out this past week and finished leveling everything up - He even leveled up a part of our sidewalk that I hadn't even noticed was bad. Great work and a very personable guy. I would absolutely use them again.

He did a fantastic job.  He honored the price of the estimate.  He was on time.  He stayed here the whole time and got the job done.

He was very honest and did not try to get me to do anymore than I wanted.  He let me know what else he could do, but didn't pressure me.  In fact, he fixed another section of my sidewalk for free, just because he was already there.

Todd came out and looked over the hot tub level situation and checked the level.  He explained how the concrete leveling process worked.  On the day to level, the hot tub had been removed and the new one was waiting.  Todd and his assistant, Stan, drilled a few holes in the slab and pumped in grout, re-leveling the slab.  The hot tub is in our backyard and down a hill and required about 80 feet of hose to pump the grout, so not an easy job.  Overall the new tub is much more level than the old tub previously was.  One corner that was most out of level actually had a void underneath that Todd could detect while he was drilling.  They patched the holes in the slab and they blend in well. <br />

I asked Todd if he would be willing to take on a small job and help me with cutting things.  He was top shelf all the way.  Overall, just a really great guy to work with.  He showed up with an assistant and they nailed it in about an hour.  Good folks...would highly recommend. Honest, trustworthy and overall a real pleasure to work with. <br />

I haven't had any leaking in mt basement since he repaired the crack.  Todd came on time.  He and his helper were organized and respectful of my yard. <br />

My concrete driveway was severely misaligned. Several of the large slabs were lifted up, one about 3 inches, as a result of the roots of neighboring large maples which were cut a couple of years ago. Bridgeport leveled six of these very large concrete slabs to within about 1/2 inch tolerance, getting rid of a dangerous trip hazard. Just an amazing job! A couple of the drilled holes settled some over the next few days, and after my phone call, they came back to add more filler. I'm very, very happy with the job and highly recommend this company. They saved me a lot of money over having part of the driveway replaced. <br />

Bridgeport is amazing in terms of both service and work skills!  Todd was responsive--working around the rainy Portland winter weather and my own crazy schedule. The work they did was excellent.  They had to come out three times and did not charge any extra fees.  My father, who lives in Michigan, was visiting while the work was being done.  He was so impressed, he wanted to bring them out east to do work on his drive! Since that couldn't happen, Todd gave him the name and number of a colleague in Michigan who could possibly do the work--AMAZING! <br /> It has been over seven months since the work was performed and the repairs are holding up great! <br />

Arrived a few minutes late, but called to let me know they would be late. Finished job in less than two hours with job site cleaned up before they left. I would use them again.
