Bridget was nice and respectful.

I hired this company for deep cleaning and they did not perform as expected. The staff was nice but needed to be reminded to clean kitchen appliances, dust ceiling fans among other things. They did not dust all the furniture and when they did it was only the top of the furniture and not the sides or front of the furniture. They cleaned the toilets and sinks, floors but not the shower stall. If you hire you need to micromanage and that's not my style. Owner needs to have someone come out to and provide oversight for work. Paying for a deep cleaning and getting subpar service is not a nice feeling.

My family and I just relocated to Georgia. We decided to have a deep cleaning done before we moved into our home. We called Bridget's Cleaning Service who has been in business for twenty years. They sent one of their best workers Denise. She was incredible. She took her time to make sure everything was cleaned according to their standard of excellence. Our home smelled and looked fantastic. Our bathrooms and Kitchen sparkled. Our home was ready for us to move in. Thank you Bridget's Cleaning Service. Denise you are incredible.

Did a good job and did what i asked for them to do,

The cleaner arrived nearly 2 hours late and brought visibly dirty equipment into my home. They also did not remove their shoes and failed to complete several basic cleaning tasks, including the microwave and oven. I was also given incorrect payment instructions, which added unnecessary confusion. After the visit, I noticed bugs in my home that I had never seen before, despite having bi-weekly pest control. While I can?t confirm the source, the timing is concerning. Bridget, the owner, has been pleasant to interact with, but the quality of the service I received does not reflect that. Based on this experience, I can't say I use this service again.

Brian of Bridget Cleaning Service was so friendly on top of thoroughly with the cleaning of my home. It was so nice to come home to a clean home. It is a present to my sister who’s coming home from the Middle East due to the war conflict. And, I know she’ll be thrilled at spotless cleaning of her home. I highly recommend them. Brian was amazing. He was so kind and funny and he worked tirelessly to leave the home clean after a heavy construction project. We had pain on the floors and drywall dust in the cracks of hardwood and he made it look so great. We will be using Bridget’s cleaning service again!

Bridget and her team did an amazing job with our move-out cleaning. The difference in our home was truly night and day. They Did Great!

I highly recommend this service! I had an emergency situation in which I was very distraught. Bridget was very professional and patient and was very attentive to my situation. She sent her best worker out to my home and he was very thorough. He cleaned and went back over some areas without being asked to be sure my home was dust free! I have severe allergies so this was very important for me. He was very polite and made sure to place things back where they were. He put my mind at ease reassuring me that he would get the job done and HE DID!!! My house was a DYI project gone wrong and we had dust from sanding the ceiling EVERYWHERE! Please use them, you wo t regret it. Thanks again for helping me through my crisis. I will most definitely call on you all again. Best cleaning service ive ever used.

Bridget ensured that the job was satisfactory. She went above and beyond to have my home holiday ready.

This lady did a good job cleaning on the initial visit, but she is not dependable at all. She scheduled the next cleaning, and on that date, she sent a text message stating that she would not be able to make it. She later scheduled for the next cleaning; on the day she was scheduled to arrive she sent a text message stating that she would not be able to make this appointment. Again, she scheduled the third date, on this date she never arrived to clean. I waited all day, but I never heard anything from her. I called and texted her multiple times with no response. I can understand issues that can prevent you from keeping your commitments, but I cannot understand a total disrespect of your customers.

Did a beautiful job. On my must use again list. Kudos to Bridget.

The house is cleaner than it has been in years. Can't find a surface Brian and Mario didn't get clean. The baseboards look like they got coat of fresh paint. Bridget is communicative and timely. Definitely scheduling again!
