Brigada Builders did an excellent job on our upstairs renovation. We remodeled our office into a grand master bathroom, remodeled our bathroom into a 4th bedroom and did new wood flooring. They were extremely professional, diligent, reasonable and easy to work with. The owner, Andriy, was very helpful throughout the project even providing advice on design elements and slight tweaks to our vision. He is reliable and I would highly recommend his work. The lead foreman, Victor, was responsive, kind and wonderful to work with. They also did amazing marble work in our master bathroom. The team did an amazing job. I was so pleased with every element. It turned out to be a masterpiece. Our architect even said it was some of the best work he had seen. I couldn’t sing higher praises for their service and company.

Well, our friends recommended InstallArtificial.com as a trusted installer. We invited them for an estimate. John, the estimator seemed knowledgable. The price was competitive, so we proceeded. What we liked the most is how they explained what is going to happen after the contract is signed. <br /> <br /> Then we set up the date (1 week from signing) and proceeded. <br /> The job took 2 days and ended with the final walk through on the 2-nd day. We liked the quality of the installation. When we had questions, John and a project manager were kind to show how the work is done and explain why this and why that.  <br /> <br /> Would definitely recommend InstallArtificial.com and Brigada Builders for synthetic turf installations. <br /> Goob job!

Andriy and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job with our custom cabinetry. They completed the job with estimated date. Very trust worthy guys. Will use them again. <br />

This is the fourth time my husband and I have used Brigada Builders for either a remodel or repair.  I am willing to wait for Andrew's team because they are professionals who will do an excellent job.  Andrew has a designer eye for details, and I trust his judgement .  This remodel took longer than we were expecting, but I do have a habit of increasing the scope of the work while I have the crew available.  We have worked with various members of his crew through the years, and they are always polite, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. <br />

It went great.  Brigada is top-notch in terms of quality and responsiveness.  There *may* be slightly cheaper builders out there (I get the sense that if we'd hunted and searched we could've possibly gotten someone to do it for less), but for us, that toss of the dice is not worth making.  Brigada's gonna do it right, and we'll definitely use them again for our next project, whenever that may be. <br />

The job they are doing right now is not finished yet. I used them earlier last year for a door. They were pretty much experts in their field. They're experienced and good at what they do. It worked out pretty well. There's been a delay with the front door only because I wanted to find the materials myself. When he initially started to do more work, I didn't want it completed with the same material. I wanted to buy my own. The price was probably average.

The project went very smoothly. The crew is very courteous and professional. They do not cut corners. Because of the quality of Brigada's work, I have hired them to do several other projects at other locations. <br />

Basically Brigada Builders renovated our whole house with building a new masters bath room and a new CHEF'S KITCHEN. <br />  The work involved the following: <br /> 1- tearing down 2 bath rooms, a fire place and some walls. <br /> 2- gutting 4 rooms and refinish them. <br /> 3- re-configuration and building of new walls as well as <strong>building from scratch the masters bath room.</strong> <br /> 4- <strong> Building & Installing completely a new kitchen</strong> including a 48" range. hood, 42'' subzero refrigerator and more. <br /> 5- <strong>Installing over 2000 Square feet of tile</strong>, including all walls & the ceilings in 2 showers. <br /> 6- <strong>re-fitting all the necessary plumbing,</strong> including INSTANT water heater and all other elements such as faucets etc.. <br /> 7- <strong>re-painting 7 rooms including decorative detail work.</strong> <br /> 8- building a new closet <br /> 9- <strong>supplying and installing 32 recessed LED lights as well as a chandelier and 4 outside lights.</strong> <br /> 10- building a pantry and installing shelves all over the house. <br /> 11- installing new doors inside the house. <br /> 12- Installing new glass in one existing large window and one existing sliding door. <br /> All work was done in the highest quality possible by highly skilled crew(s). <br />

Wonderful!  Owner Andrej came thru with the lowest price (was the only builder I called to actually come out and look at the project before giving me an estimate.)  His time frame (within a week) was perfect, and the job was done in two days!  Foreman Rene was very knowledgeable, and even moved our doorbell at no extra cost and with a smile!

This is the second time I have used Brigada Builders for a job on my house. They are incredibly professional, punctual, detail oriented and on the side of their customers.  <br /> <br /> Andrew will be upfront with costing. Will provide a full scope of work. Will have the team there daily on time and clean up after themselves every day. <br /> <br /> We added a 115 sq foot master bathroom onto the back of my house. Took about 6 weeks but it is wonderful, masterful work. Fully permitted. Any issues that arose along the way were communicated clearly and in a timely manner and were dealt with swiftly. <br /> <br /> Can't say enough about this crew and they will be the first call any time I need work done.

Andriy, Armand, and their stellar crew made my remodel project a pleasure. They delivered as promised and kept a fast pace throughout. They were always responsive attentive and reasonable. Andriy knows the right way things should be done. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys. If their price seems a bit high, PAY IT!  You will save yourself a lot of headache later. Going with the low bid on important work is a huge mistake. I did that 13 years ago and am still paying the price. These guys will do it right for a reasonable price. <br />

Pleased with this work. I was charged $2,450.00 for job taking several days, however it was done in approx 6 hrs. I do question the price.

We were renovating the home to sell it.  Andrew's crew of workers are amazing.  They are knowledgeable and skilled in their crafts, and they are polite and professional--plus they clean up after they have completed a job! I have worked with Andrew before because he listens to what I want, offers excellent ideas, and tries very hard to provide exactly the service I have requested.  I respect his opinions because he seems to be very up-to-date in what is currently appealing but will also fit the character of the house.  He has also stood by his warranties on previous jobs he has done for me. I will continue to work with Brigada Builders on future projects because I do I will get quality service and work that is done in a timely manner. <br />

I was very pleased with Brigada in general, they were very professional and punctual with everything they did. We had multiple locations across our small HOA that needed exterior board replacement, stucco work and finish painting for all the projects involved. The work was approached over a week, which I feel that other vendors may have tried to brush off this project as small and not take the time needed to do a good job. Everything that was replaced looks like it has been apart of the complex from the beginning, meaning the fit and finish of all the work made it look like it was there all along and was not a bad replacement job. This aspect was very important to us as we have had other exterior work done that the details of type of wood and paint were not paid attention to and it ended up standing out like a sore thumb. The onsite crew were courteous professional and a joy to have around. After much research I had a hard time having any contractors able to want to even consider this job and was so happy that Brigada ended up coming out and doing the estimate and job for us. Highly recommend them to anyone reading this. <br />

We are well pleased with the work of Brigada Builders.  Andriy and his crew are professional, exact and timely.  Each person not only took care and time into what they did, but were efficient as well.  It?s apparent that each of them takes pride in the quality of their work. They were polite, helpful and a pleasure to have around (considering the mess!). Andriy came by several times to follow up on his crew and the progress of the project. Not only did he address our questions and concerns with patience, Andriy also offered ideas and design concepts that made the finished work all the more enjoyable. <br /> <br /> <br />

It went very well. To keep my carpet clean, they put down plastic from the front door to the back bedroom where the work was done. <br /> They were prompt and considerate. The work was high quality. Can't tell that any work has been done to the wall. They cleaned up when they were done. Work was done in the time frame that they gave me. 5 days. <br />

I scheduled a meeting at the <br /> location with Andriy.  He came and walked through to see <br /> what needed to be done. He pointed out  problems we were not <br /> aware of including with existing plumbing and electrical, <br /> etc. Later that week he emailed a written work estimate <br /> including cost and time to completion and we agreed to have <br /> Brigada perform the work. <br /> Andriy and his crew started work the next day and worked <br /> over the next two weeks in a schedule that accommodated <br /> ours. Andriy followed up on his crew and came a few times to <br /> inspect. When necessary they covered the floor with boards <br /> when not working there, to allow walking about. They kept <br /> everything clean and tidy, and removed all the debris.  We <br /> also chose to do additional work with an additional work <br /> estimate. <br /> Throughout the process Andriy has always been very calm, <br /> patient and responsive.  He provided answers to all our <br /> questions and concerns and explained the different <br /> consideration regarding the work, and  provided suggestions <br /> and alternatives, most of which we chose to do. <br /> The work was complete to our satisfaction within the two <br /> weeks as estimated. <br /> We're pleased with the work done, it looks great and the sub <br /> floor felt very solid.

My overall experience went beyond expectations. <br /> I must admit, even though I found Brigada through Angies List, not all my experences with Angies have been positive. <br /> One should realise, that a lot of the companies on  the list have paid for placement, and/or reviews so you need to do your homework prior to making your selection <br /> Andriy and his crew were a dream. <br /> They are extremely professional. <br /> I especially  appreciated the fact that I was not sent a salesperson or given heavy sales pitch, as I had experienced with previous contractors  <br /> Their quality of workmanship was excellent. <br /> Price was super reasonable <br /> They finished on time and on budget <br /> With the added bonus of them being  very patient with my "special" needs <br /> I love my new bathroom !! <br /> <br />

We did a full remodeling of our house, down to the studs. This was the first time we did any kind of work let alone a full blown remodeling. We were able to rely on Brigada's experience and advises. They did give us good advices to best use our money to do a quality job. They are a team of very good craftsmen. They do a refine job. my husband is all about practicality , i am all about esthetics. Brigada was great in dealing with both my husband and I to make sure we were both happy. they were able to execute a lot of custom design that the architect or myself designed, like custom fireplace (2) and ceiling beam corniches and column that came out sooo pretty (in master bedroom and master bathroom). They really have hands of gold. They also have a very good specialist to do tile work. . i am so obsessed with details and quality (i work in the fashion industry which explains it!) and he did an impeccable work; the bathrooms and the kitchen looks so beautiful. it was always the same team of workers working on our house; we got to know them and we really like them. they were so helpful and kind. if i couldnot visualize somethig they would make mock up for me to see and decide what was best. Really nice and helpful people which was a very important feel good factor as this is our home they were working on! <br /> My husband and I, both work full time and are not very reachable during business hours. Brigada was very flexible and easy to communicate with. we could call them early in the morning or late at night. They would send me email or text pictures so i could visualize things they were asking me to make decision on; so i could give them answers quickly and not slow down the momentum. when i wasn't sure, i could count on their guidance. they have a very good taste level which was very helpful when i had to pick molding, paint color etc... and if it did not look right , they didn't opt for the "cheaper" way of doing thing but they really aspire to do a quality job. <br /> Regarding schedule, they were on a mission to beat the due date. they started work as early as our city permits and worked until 6pm when necessary as well as every saturday. this was really great because we could meet them on the jobsite every saturday or after work. Brigada is a partnership of 2 contractors that make a great team; that was a great advantage as it was always at least one of them on the jobsite - every day. that was very important. <br /> our house is in Palos Verdes Estates which has a very demanding city and art jury. Brigada was very good in dealing with both our city and art jury which relieved a lot of stress for us. now that we are back in the house and as we see details or touch up that needs to be done, we call them and they come and do it without us having to "chase" after them. really easy. They are great. we made a great choice to have them remodel our house. <br />

When I first called Andriy I thought that our job might be too small for them. <br /> I saw on their website that they build houses etc. <br /> But he was very enthusiastic and committed to the project. <br /> He was always on time and responsive. <br /> We changed on mind on several things through the process and he was always patient and had good ideas. <br /> We had a few other people look at the project and because of the difficulty of the shape of the area to build <br /> cabinets/make closet space, they didn't even call back! <br /> Also, Andrily's team was very professional, respectful and clean.  <br /> The job took longer than anticipated but that was due to our changes and the approval process of the inspectors. <br /> We already have another project in mind and we are only calling Brigada Builders from now on! <br /> We are extremely happy! <br />
